An amazing experience resort! One of a kind island
Superb water front location. We would book the same room again 115 - water front at the end of a row and first cabana next to pool. Spa services out of this world. Pancake and Namtan provided the best massages we have had on our trip thru South Asia. Excellent accommodations and friendly and attentive staff.

Amazing experience and service
We had a fantastic time here. From the initial contact the team was great in arranging the taxi and boat transfer to the resort.
On arrival Tanya was amazing and continued to be throughout our stay - personally attending to everything we needed.
Great watersports and reasonably priced too.
Food and service flawless throughout.
Big spray freely available across all the bars and restaurants.
The Saii app is wonderful too - allowing extra amenities to be ordered to the room and asking questions to the team.
On arrival Tanya was amazing and continued to be throughout our stay - personally attending to everything we needed.

Best massage and relaxing, secluded island vibes
We had the best time at SAii phi phi. The room is so spacious and we got one of the cheaper villas. The resort has several dining options which includes a buffet breakfast which we loved. The spa was so nice and I had the best massage from Pancake, I think I have a new body now. We love how there’s a lazy pool and a fun pool for whatever your vibe is. I was worried about getting to the resort since it’s in a more secluded spot but we took a longtail from the tonsai pier which was easy and cheap (1500 thb) which we probably could’ve bargained lower but we just aren’t great at that haha. The price point and peacefulness was amazing. We stayed at another resort which had a busy beach where people constantly docked up and non-guests were all over the beach so this was such a change of pace at SAii phi phi.

Saii Phi Phi Deluxe Pool Villa
Excellent hotel customer service is off the charts. Our room was the deluxe pool villa and was stunning. The location is far out from tonsai but the village behind it we thought was better than tonsai. Atmosphere has waves and live music every night. Noise level on our second night wasn’t great because of construction but we got compensated a completely free dinner by the beach which was really good value, it would’ve cost 10,000 THB for my mums birthday but “Tanya” a worker there gave us the dinner for free and many more. Thank you Tanya. Our room was well cleaned every day.

Good vacation resort for quiet hours with a beautiful beach and plenty of nature for personal initiatives.
Another group of islands could not be reached as desired due to the military situation, with flights via Dubai. The decision to book the "SAii Phi Phi Island Village" on Koh Phi Phi Don at short notice was the best solution for us. A hotel complex with tranquility and good service on an island without car traffic, abundant nature, a beautiful beach, supply options outside the complex, and the possibility to experience the "immersion in vibrant youth tourism from all possible countries" by boat met all our expectations.
There were plenty of excursion destinations primarily by boat. Of course, the world-famous Maya Beach was included (see also the film "The Beach"). The diverse and colorful harbor at Tonsai as well as the tourist center of Tonsai itself provide a change of pace. From Tonsai, one can also hike to three developed and fantastic viewpoints with breathtaking views of the island and the sea. We undertook a hike through the jungle from viewpoint 3 to Tonsai. It was indeed exhausting but very satisfying. We returned by boat. Boat trips to smaller islands were versatile and could be booked both within the hotel complex and a few minutes' walk outside of it. There were also paths from the hotel complex to a cove and to other hotels. Everything was very interesting.
A spacious bedroom-living room with a refrigerator (mini-bar, which we were also allowed to use for our own drinks). The air conditioning and fan provided us with good conditions for sleep. We hardly used the TV. All our plugs and chargers fit into the built-in universal sockets. We put our adapters back in the suitcase. The room, that is, our bungalow, was quiet. There was no disturbing noise. The bathroom, including luggage racks and wardrobe, was spacious and completely sufficient. A large outdoor terrace with furniture and a towel dryer complemented the pleasant bungalow. There, one could also sit in the evening with a cold beer to let the day fade away with the exotic sounds of the night.
The service was excellent. The friendliness and willingness to help at all levels, from the gardener to the staff at the reception, are exemplary. Wishes were literally read from our lips. If we needed a bit more bottled water, a phone call was enough, and minutes later it was delivered free of charge. Especially remarkable was the commitment of Sandra, a staff member in the reception area. We were even able to communicate with her via mobile phone during a somewhat difficult hike and received an immediate good solution for the return trip from Tonsai by boat to the hotel.
We booked with breakfast. It was very versatile and right by the sea. There were always attentive staff available when one wanted a table; even when other guests were leaving, the table was immediately prepared. The diverse breakfast, with everything one could wish for, from local dishes to international breakfast offerings, was fantastic. In the evenings, it was clear to us that we would go to the varied local and rustic Thai restaurants. There, an international crowd gathered.
