at any time again
Top location and great apartments that seem to have been recently renovated.
There are different apartments, we had the Studio 5 for max. 4 people: bright, warm, very good beds and everything we needed for a stay of three days. Anytime again.

Worn place, weird owner
We only stayed one night. Booked for two adults and four kids. One of the beds wasn't made and we were missing three pillows. The place itself is rather worn down and there are rules printed throughout the unit which makes it an even less cozy space.
Owner contacted us on check-in day to demand more money because of the kids ages (4-15). Even though we booked and prepaid for 4 kids he demanded 40% more (in cash). We had booked months in advance and he waited until check-in to surprise us with this demand.
Also note that the unit is not central enough to be easily walkable, but it is central enough to require you to get an emissions sticker for your car to enter or risk a fine.

I am very disappointed with this hotel: the room is dirty, does not meet the description...
I am very disappointed with this hotel. I lived in this hotel on 11/13/2021. The hotel room has a nasty smell and is especially dirty, it is not clear when it was cleaned here - a 1 cm thick layer of dust under the bed, like fur, cobwebs in the corners, which are dusty, because apparently they formed here more than a year ago (attach photo). The description of the room inventory on Booking.com does not correspond to reality. The room was for 3 people, but there were 2 bar stools, one table (plate attached to the wall). The kitchen mentioned in the hotel description is just a 50 cm x 50 cm corner with a mini fridge and a shelf above it for storing dishes. The dishes for the three persons were as follows: 1 tablespoon, 1 knife, 1 bowl, 1 plate, 2 glasses and 4 cups. Wardrobe, it's just hooks on the wall to hang clothes. In the bathroom, the sink is miniature - does not fit two hands at the same time. So, to add water to the coffee machine, you should pour it with spoons. True, we didn’t use a coffee machine because it was disgusting to use anything here. The shower door has no handles from the inside, it must be closed when entering the shower cabin by grasping the screw.
The description of this hotel says that it does not require a prepayment and can be paid on arrival, but when I booked and confirmed the booking, the money was debited from my card at the same time.
I will definitely not stay here anymore and I do not recommend to others.

Good and comfortable apartment, easy to find free parking just near by street parking. If you want to drive to downtown, you can find free parking near the A&O hostel and then walk to old downtown.
