Great location. American friendly

Great location. Rooms a little small compared to a typical american Marriott, but connecting rooms were great for our family of 2 adults and 3 children. Easy to walk to attractions. Great breakfast included. Starbucks adjacent to hotel. Wonderful views of Buda Castle at night. The riverfront street below the hotel was lively at night. Loved our visit to Budapest. Beautiful city.

Budapest Marriott Hotel – Hospitality That Sets the Standard

My stay at the Budapest Marriott Hotel was an experience that went far beyond an ordinary hotel visit. From the very first interaction, I could feel the professionalism, elegance, and genuine care shown to every guest.
The location and surroundings are exceptional. The hotel is perfectly positioned for discovering Budapest, while the views of the Danube and the city skyline create an atmosphere that remains in your memory long after departure.
The service deserves particular recognition. Every interaction was courteous, efficient, and natural. The team does not simply perform its duties; the staff anticipates guests’ needs and creates a strong sense of comfort, security, and individual attention.
The room standard and overall quality confirm why Marriott is associated with high expectations. Cleanliness, comfort, functionality, and attention to detail were all maintained at an excellent level.
The hotel’s greatest strength, however, is its culture. It is clear that the quality is created by people who understand that true hospitality is not only about delivering a service. It is about creating positive emotions, trust, and lasting memories.
I left the hotel with complete confidence that I had made an excellent choice. Budapest Marriott Hotel does not merely meet expectations — it consciously raises the standard by which other hotels can be measured.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who values quality, professionalism, prestige, and authentic hospitality. On my next visit to Budapest, it will be my natural and first choice.
Rating: 10/10. Absolutely worth returning to.

Great views

There was nothing in the room- no tea, coffee, mini bar etc I had to physically ask for everything and then only provided with minimal. The booking system for the roof top was exasperating, we could have joined tables quicker and the waiting area was very loud. The tax on drinks was very expensive 27% on items +27%in service

Lovely Experience

Close to major attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful; no question was too hard for them to answer. The size of the room was good with a nice place to sit by the window and look at the fantastic view over the Danube and Buda Castle.

Best hotel in europe

I can say this is the best hotel in Europe!
Location is perfect and service is amazing. Like every moment in Marriott was special. First, i was checked in by Mr. Etibar who was extremely professional and friendly. It was very busy time with long queue on lobby but he was smiling all the time. From that moment, i already knew this stay will go wonderful. And thank you Ms. Anna, who helped us to have special memory. If you are platinum and above you will have m club lounge access and I really highly recommend to not miss this. I am titanium member and can clearly say never ever felt this much friendly lounge before. All the staff in M club lounge was so friendly. Special thanks to Herlina and Julius. I mean this hotel is very busy hotel. But can you imagine lounge staff can even provide personal service?? I saw they were observing all the guests and bring their needs. every single guest!!
Amazing hotel and cannot wait to visit again.
