Salinas
I think it's a fantastic hotel; I truly feel like I'm in a family environment. The food is delicious, and they've maintained its quality for years. The beach is beautiful, calm, and right in the bay; you feel like you're entering the sea from the bay itself. The staff are incredibly polite and courteous; they never hesitate to ask if we need anything and frequently inquire about our needs. Even though it's all-inclusive, they bring everything to the table and offer complimentary items. The service, especially from Berat and Gülben, was so wonderful; their warm welcome at the hotel entrance made us feel like we were going to have a happy holiday. They are amazing people, so loving and cheerful, and it's a pleasure to come back every year to see them and chat with them. I'd also like to thank Rojhat in the restaurant for his attentiveness. I come from Ankara and visit at least three times a year, bringing my friends along. I hope Salinas Hotel stays with us for many years to come because I truly enjoy my holidays there.

Amazing!
Unbelievable !!!!! I haven't stayed in such a wonderful place in a long time. They offer three meals a day with a variety of dishes, complimentary afternoon tea, and alcoholic beverages served from the bottle I came all the way from Eskişehir and it was worth it. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and they promptly fulfill your requests and needs. It even has a private beach ☺️ they even have staff specifically assigned to the beach. We were very pleased with our stay, thank you for everything

Complaints about the manager and hotel service…!
Everything started from the first day we arrived, especially because the balcony door wouldn't lock, creating a security issue and forcing us to change rooms. Then, the lights in the room went out after two days, causing an electricity problem. The Wi-Fi didn't work in the room, so we had to buy an extra internet package. Despite asking twice for room cleaning, no one helped. And at the end of a week, at breakfast, I was rudely asked where my bracelet was, even though they hadn't given me my bracelet for a week and treated me like I was without it. It was like they were treating me like I was there to steal food… And the person who asked this was the general manager, and the manager doesn't even know how to handle customers... It's just disgraceful. I wasn't going to write this many complaints; even though I overlook many things, the last behavior really angered me. Even though I told the manager, he didn't even apologize... I hope he doesn't do it again...

Nightmare. Bed lice in the room.
Hotel to close. Impossible to talk to the staff because no one spoke English. The structure was in poor condition: dirty, neglected. The food was bad and the buffet had no product descriptions.
As soon as we got there, they put us in a windowless hole. The next day we managed with great difficulty to change our rooms. Unfortunately, that's where our nightmare began. We slept for days with the room invaded by bed lice. We noticed it late and on our return to Italy we had a severe rash. She left after eight days of Bentalan pills and ointment.
The whole facility was disorganized, dirt and neglect everywhere, with cleaning practically non-existent.
As soon as we got there, they put us in a windowless hole. The next day we managed with great difficulty to change our rooms. Unfortunately, that's where our nightmare began. We slept for days with the room invaded by bed lice. We noticed it late and on our return to Italy we had a severe rash. She left after eight days of Bentalan pills and ointment.
The whole facility was disorganized, dirt and neglect everywhere, with cleaning practically non-existent.

Very poor experience
Absolutely shocking hotel. Arrived for a 2 week stay first room we were given was dirty, only enough room for the bed and no wardrobe. The air conditioning unit was hanging off the wall and holes with live wires. Demanded a move and was moved to a larger room however this wasn't much better. Mold and rust throughout with exposed wires. See photos.
The grounds were full of weeds and discarded pieces of furniture.
The food was terrible cold, bland and very limited choice in the 2 weeks we were there chicken, and kofta were the only thing served along with chicken nuggets at most meals. Food ran out and wasn't replaced we ended up paying to eat out and could not face the food. On a plus point if you want to eat salads all holiday they were OK.
The drinks were again bland and very limited served in glasses that were constantly getting broken around by the pool. Running out several times especially the coffee.
The person behind the bar was a wannabe DJ playing very loud inappropriate music with swearing not the type of music for the age demographics staying at the hotel.
Despite several requests to turn the music down by multiple people the music remained loud competing with the music in the other hotels nearby resulting in a loud garbled mess which you were not able to relax.
The Hotel has the potential to be a gem but the lack of attention to detail and staff who don't care. With a little TLC this hotel could be so much more given the great location 30 seconds to the beach.
