wonderful evening
We were invited to the opening of Teo Restaurant on July 8, 2026, and it was a wonderful evening. The presentations, drinks, kitchen staff, and service team were all outstanding. I definitely recommend it.❤️❤️

Wouldn’t get out of bed to stay here
Service, 40 mins timed for drinks or food, we left out finished plates in the middle off the decking to see how long it would take to clear. Waiters walked over it absolutley oblivious to daily

Mini fridge doesn’t work would warm the sun it was that hot. Mentioned multiple times engineer must have licked the fridge and called it a day.
Turn down service, they throw a few cookies by the side of your bed but don’t bother to clean or tidy any items which is a new experience in a 5 star.
Spa no towels or amenities in locker
English spoken very minimal communication rather difficult
Hotels opened only a month but absolute piss poor bar set so far

Mid-range accommodation
We were told our room had been upgraded during check-in; however, we had already paid for the same room type. This explanation frankly didn't seem very convincing and made me think that the process wasn't managed transparently.
From the moment we entered the room, we experienced serious problems with cleanliness. Our room wasn't properly cleaned for two days; the only thing we saw was the bed being made. When we checked into the room, the sinks were dirty, and despite repeatedly reporting this, no concrete action was taken. They simply offered an apology. I think the cleanliness standard should be much better for a hotel of this caliber.
The absence of mosquito nets on the windows of the rooms was also a significant comfort. We had trouble sleeping all night because of the mosquitoes. This situation has seriously affected the quality of accommodation.
The service experience during breakfast was quite poor. Even asking for tea or coffee has become almost a struggle; it takes considerable effort to make eye contact with hotel staff.
On a positive note, I would say the lunch menu was standard but tasty. We especially liked the pizza.
Overall, while the initial welcome experience wasn't bad, the cleanliness, service, and guest experience were far below our expectations. At this price point and in this segment, we would expect a much more attentive, transparent, and solution-oriented service.
