The nastiest hostess of the year.
It's a terrible but. I rented for over six months. THE MISTRESS DID NOT WARN VIA AIRBNB THAT THE ACCOMMODATION I RENTED WAS NOT AVAILABLE!!! WARNED OF THE FACT OF THE INHABITATION! I WAS FOOLED!!!! The rent was about three months. On airbnb there was a discount on the price of expensive accommodation in Phuket. Over 20k baht per room 30 meters. Thought the attitude would be great.
We've been put in a much worse room. You don't like it, get out! So stated Madam, the owner of this resort. Outside it rains, high season and renting other accommodation we couldn't - we had to stay.
History.
I rented a house on pilings, moved into a house on land, no kitchen! Such houses often get snakes, rodents and it was critical for us to rent a house on pilings and with a separate kitchen.
There was no normal view of the house on the ground - just the backyard and the concrete wall! When asked to explain why, the landlady said that this room now in season is the same price as our house! We were tricked! Hosts contact rough decent communication, but when communicating through Airbnb behave normally - afraid. Cherry on the cake - we have given up cleaning (500 baht per cleaning) because for a long time we are willing to clean ourselves for such money, it is not difficult considering the small room (about 30 meters) we lived in. But the landlady demanded 500 baht at the time of eviction, I didn't have any and she took my last 300 baht (just didn't give back) and there was no check for the services rendered. These are very bad, greedy and unhappy people. Don't settle here.

Great resort, need a car to get places
The resort is a beautiful and the family that manages it are very kind and helpful people. However, if you do choose to stay at this resort you will have to have a vehicle because it is not close to an area to catch a tuk-tuk, cab, etc.

Great rooms, shame about the location
This is a great little haven for a few hours but anything more and you'll be bored.
The bungalows are simple and all you need is there. The pool is lovely too.
However the location is not great at all. It's down a dirt track and quite a walk from any main road. I would not feel safe walking along it during the day let alone night. There was no restaurant and the owners did not speak English either.

Beautiful but poorly located
Yuwadee is beautiful with lovely beach huts around a beautiful pool. The staff were helpful but their english was quite poor. However it is very poorly located and very isolated. You cannot walk to a shop, restaurant etc. we arrived at 8pm after travelling for 20 hours and there was no food being served and no way to get food. All in all its beautiful and I would recommend if you have a car.
