Perfect Stay for Quiet and Relaxind
Perfect for my friend & I. We wanted a mixture of hotel service in a quiet location with a beach close by! This hotel was perfect.
The Room.
We travelled together but roomed separately and the hotel reception lady kindly placed us next door to each other.
The room was very clean, with a balcony to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening drink or some fruit from the nearby village. It was cleaned daily and mini bar topped up with sprite, coke & water along with some peanuts. Towels replaced.
Breakfast.
Lovely, fresh fruit and plenty of choice.
Coffee I would have loved a better choice on this but that’s my only wings!
The Pool/s
Great atmosphere from the bar staff, music and all drinks flowing continuously if you wanted something less hectic then the long pool has an area with the most comfortable bean bags so options are available depending on your mood.
The Beach,
No more than 10 steps from the entrance of the hotel and it was so clean and easy to swim in no waves and I didn’t notice sea lice which I have heard about before.
The hotel offer complimentary paddle boards as well which are great for this beach!
The Laundry
Cheap! But it takes 24 hour turn around not the same day.
There is a lovely restaurant could Lei Lay up the hill, this food was incredible it had us from day 1 and we never ate any where else, taxi rank straight across the road (cheaper than the hotel) to get you up the hill.
Over all this hotel was so lovely, the staff I found friendly and so accommodating

Don’t listen to the bad reviews
Honestly, after reading so many mixed reviews we weren’t sure what to expect but we had a fantastic stay. We were only there for one night, but we enjoyed every minute. The rooftop bar and the downstairs swimming pool were beautiful. We had both breakfast + lunch in the restaurant which was nice and in the evening we walked over to The Cove (only about two minutes away), which was also lovely.
All in all, myself and my partner would give this place a solid 10/10.

Top disappointed 327euro / night for a view of the garbage I spoke several times with the administration to find a solution but without return room room room..... Not at all up to standard so I was received I booked 2 nights I left the hotel after the 1st night if you really want to destroy your trip go there to avoid at all costs the staff it is really disrespectful too many waits in the waiting room room room recovers at 4pm really serious....

ตอนแรกเราเลือกมาพักที่โรงแรมนี้เพราะเห็นรีวิวค่อนข้างดี หลายคนบอกว่าสวย บรรยากาศดี และด้วยราคาที่เกือบ 4,000++ ต่อคืน เราก็คาดหวังว่าจะได้รับการบริการที่เหมาะสมกับราคา แต่พอได้เข้าพักจริงกลับรู้สึกผิดหวังมาก
ตั้งแต่เดินเข้ามา ไม่มีพนักงานคนไหนพูดจาดีหรือแสดงความรู้สึกเหมือนอยากต้อนรับลูกค้าเลย ทั้งสีหน้า น้ำเสียง และการให้บริการ ดูเหมือนไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้าเอาเสียเลย จนรู้สึกว่าน้องฝึกงานบางที่ยังบริการดีกว่าพนักงานของที่นี่
วันที่เราเข้าพัก ฝนตกหนักมาก และทางเดินไปห้องจำเป็นต้องใช้ร่ม เราเลยสอบถามพนักงานว่ามีร่มให้ยืมไหม แต่สิ่งที่ (พนักงานต้อนรับ )ได้รับกลับมาคือ “ไม่มีค่ะ ต้องเดินไปเอง” ทั้งที่ลูกค้าเปียกฝนและถือของอยู่ รู้สึกว่าขาดความใส่ใจและไม่มี service mind อย่างมาก
อีกเรื่องที่ทำให้รู้สึกแย่คือ Room Service เราโทรสั่งอาหารและแจ้งพนักงานว่าเราจะลงไปเล่นน้ำ ถ้าสะดวกสามารถนำอาหารไปวางไว้ที่ห้องได้ เดี๋ยวเราจะเซ็นบิลให้ทีหลัง เพราะเราไม่อยากต้องนั่งรออยู่ในห้องอย่างเดียว แต่คำตอบที่ได้รับคือ “ไม่ได้ ยังไงก็ต้องรอ” ด้วยน้ำเสียงและวิธีการพูดที่ทำให้รู้สึกแย่มาก เหมือนพนักงานไม่ได้ผ่านการอบรมเรื่องการบริการเลย
เราพักโรงแรมมาหลายที่แล้ว แต่ที่นี่ถือว่าเป็นหนึ่งในประสบการณ์ที่แย่ที่สุดที่เคยเจอ คงไม่กลับมาพักอีกแน่นอน และหวังว่าทางโรงแรมจะนำคำติชมนี้ไปปรับปรุง เพราะยังมีอีกหลายอย่างที่ควรพัฒนา

อีกอย่างหนึ่งที่อยากพูดตรงๆ คือ ปกติเราเดินทางและพักโรงแรมมาหลายที่มาก แต่ไม่เคยมีที่ไหนที่ทำให้เรารู้สึก “อยากกลับออกไปทันทีตั้งแต่เข้าพัก” ได้เท่าที่นี่เลย มันไม่ใช่แค่เรื่องเล็กๆเรื่องเดียว แต่มันคือบรรยากาศ การบริการ และความรู้สึกที่ได้รับตั้งแต่ วินาทีแรกที่เดินเข้ามา ซึ่งมันทำให้การพักผ่อนครั้งนี้กลายเป็นประสบการณ์ที่แย่มากจริงๆ!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At first, we decided to stay at this hotel because of the many positive reviews saying how beautiful and relaxing it was. Considering the price was almost 4,000++ THB per night, we honestly expected much better service and hospitality.
Unfortunately, from the moment we arrived, the experience was disappointing. None of the staff seemed welcoming at all. Their facial expressions, tone of voice, and overall attitude made us feel uncomfortable, as if guests were not truly welcome. Honestly, even some interns at other hotels provide better customer service than the staff here.
On the day we checked in, it was raining very heavily. Since the walkway to the room required walking outside, we politely asked if the hotel had umbrellas available for guests. The receptionist simply replied, “No, you have to walk there yourself.” No assistance, no concern, nothing. It showed a complete lack of service mind and basic hospitality.
Another disappointing experience was with the room service staff. We ordered food and informed them that we would be downstairs at the pool area. We kindly asked if they could leave the food in the room and we would sign the bill afterward. However, we were told, “No, you have to stay in the room and wait.” The way it was said felt very rude and inflexible, as if the staff had never been properly trained in customer service.
Yes, the hotel itself is beautiful, but good service is what truly matters when guests com o relax and enjoy their vacation. Sadly, this stay did not feel worth the money at all.
We have stayed at many hotels before, but this was honestly one of the worst service experiences we have had. We definitely will not return, and we sincerely hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and improves their service standards.
One more thing I want to honestly say is that we have stayed at many hotels before, but this is the first hotel that made us feel like we wanted to leave immediately after checking in. It was not just one small issue — it was the overall atmosphere, the service, and the way we were treated from the very beginning that completely ruined the experience for us.!!!!
