Back unequivocally)

My granddaughter and I really liked OZ. Everyone is friendly. It'll make for a beautiful rest for 10 days. The weather was wonderful. Sunny days and cloudy days kept the heat from getting too tired. The food is beautiful. There's cereal, porridge, fruit for the baby. Loved the Chart, which greeted us every day with a smile by the pool. He works tirelessly to give out towels. Thank you to all the staff for the friendly relaxation atmosphere. It was a celebration for us.

Family holiday

We stayed here on a family holiday and was an ideal location, the staff where really friendly especially the staff in the thirst bar, they made our grandson laugh every day Nong , pond ,mook , may and auto would recommend staying there

Second time at OZO Phuket – everything perfect again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We have now stayed at OZO Phuket for the second time and were completely satisfied again. This time we had booked a family room. Unfortunately, the first room did not have a balcony, which was a bit impractical for us for drying laundry. After we mentioned this at the front desk, we received another room with a balcony the very next day without any hassle – great and fast service.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, so there really was something for everyone. Our two children were especially thrilled with the pool area with the slide and climbing wall – they had huge fun there every day.
Another plus point is the location of the hotel. You can reach the beach in a few minutes on foot via the back exit. We even had some really nice waves for surfing. Directly across the street, there is also a 7-Eleven as well as the night market – it hardly gets better than that.
We were especially happy that the pool boy Chart was back. He offered great activities every day. We participated in the Thai boxing taster course and had a lot of fun doing it. Chart put in an incredible amount of effort, was fully passionate about it, and was always available to help guests at the pool with advice and assistance.
Finally, we would like to mention the incredibly comfortable pillows – the best we had during our Thailand vacation. We would have loved to take them home with us right away. Upon our request, the receptionist even went to the trouble of finding out the supplier of the pillows and printing the information out for us. That is really not something you can take for granted and shows how attentive and helpful the entire team is.
Many thanks to the entire OZO team for another wonderful stay. We will definitely come back a third time!

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.

Summer trip

The stay was exceptional because the hotel's location was prime, its services and amenities were outstanding, the reception service was excellent and prompt, and the staff were very cheerful and helpful to all guests.
