Great property, rooms had so much space and the pool was beautiful. Unfortunately the plates and dishes when we arrived were not entirely clean and we had to hand wash them. Also the property is not as close to the beach as we thought, you had to take a longer way round. However we really enjoyed our stay and had an enjoyable time.

Great place to holiday in Phuket
We just spent over 2 weeks in Karon beach pool villas renting a four bedroom villa and 2 x 3 bedroom villas with our family. Nam could not have been more helpful and accommodating from the start of our booking experience. The villas were allvery clean with everything you needed and each room has its own bathroom which is great. The villas were cleaned every day during our stay. The staff were friendly and always greeted us when we saw them. It’s a short walk into town but not hard or too much !! Having that quietness around you is fabulous. Grab taxi or bolt is very cheap if you don’t want to walk. We loved it and rated as one of our best family holidays. Highly recommend it and will go back again

Stayed at Karon Beach Pool Villas this May with a bunch of friends—and honestly, we had a blast. Yes, it’s a bit tucked away from the main buzz, but once you’re inside, the space makes up for the distance.
The villas are beautifully done—clean aesthetics, thoughtfully designed rooms, and plenty of breathing space. The private pool was the hero of our stay—rain or shine, it was always inviting. Each room felt like a standalone retreat, and the bathrooms? Let’s just say some of us spent more time in there than planned.
The kitchen and common spaces were perfect for late-night catchups, and the greenery around added to the tropical calm. If you’re looking to zone out, reset, and bond with your people—this one’s got the vibe.
Would I go back? In a heartbeat. Just with a rented scooter or a plan for longer rides.

We requested for extended checkout time of 1-2hrs as we had a late flight. Despite several appeals they declined. They came 15mins earlier during check out at 1145hrs and insisted we leave the villa even though my airport transfer was not there.
There is no hotel lobby and there was no place to wait.
In the end, they allowed us to stay in the living area while they did housekeeping. To make matters worse, as the location was not easily accessible, our transport driver got lost and it was almost an awkward half an hour wait...
