Krafft Basel
Veden äärellä kohteessa Baselin kaupungin keskusta oleva Krafft Basel sijaitsee rautatie-/metroaseman yhteydessä. Baselin taidemuseo ja Baselin historiallinen museo ovat näkemisen arvoisia kulttuurikohteita, ja muihin alueen huomionarvoisiin maamerkkeihin kuuluu Basler Münster ja Spalentor (portti). Osallistu tapahtumaan tai käy katsomassa peliä kohteessa St. Jakob-Park (puisto). Baselin eläintarha kannattaa ehdottomasti lisätä myös vierailulistalle. Tämän savuttoman hotellin palveluihin kuuluu ravintola, baari/aulabaari ja ympäri vuorokauden auki oleva business center. Wi-Fi yleisissä tiloissa on ilmainen. Lisäksi majoituspaikassa on kahvila, business center ja kokoushuone. Krafft Basel tarjoaa 48 huonetta, joissa on tallelokerot ja ilmainen sanomalehti arkipäivisin. Vain joen näkymät
Lukuun ottamatta uskomattomia näkymiä, hotelli on keskimääräinen - ei myöskään suositella liiketoimintaa varten. Minulla ei ollut myös katselutilaa ja kokemukseni olivat niin erilaisia, negatiivisella tavalla.

Thank you very much for having taken the time to review your visit at Krafft Basel. We continuously strive to meet our guest’s needs and expectations; therefore your feedback is very important for us.
First of all, we are pleased to read you appreciated the clean rooms with river view, our in room amenities as well as the candy bar on each floor and last but not least our very popular staircase and our Salon with fireplace.
We deeply regret that not all of your latest experiences met your expectations and that you did not felt professionally and warmly accommodated during your stay. Be assured that we do choose our staff members very carefully and that all of our staff members are very passionate about their daily work. Furthermore, we do also train young people which are doing an apprenticeship in our hotel to become a commercial clerk. Although our apprentices, which we are very proud of, are doing a great job and taking responsibility for their tasks they always have a supervisor to get support from. Please be assured that we will speak to our front office team again regarding the greetings and concierge support, so we can close possible knowledge gaps.
We are very sorry you did not enjoy the historic atmosphere of our hotel. Krafft Basel was built in 1873, is member of the Swiss Historic Hotels and we take great care to maintain the historic atmosphere on one side but also refurbish and keep the historic building up to date. At our hotel history meets today and especially the wooden floor and the keys with the pendant are parts of the historic charm of Krafft Basel, which we aim to preserve. But for example we just renovated all of our bathrooms 2 years ago and we had soft refurbishments in our guest rooms. But of course, this is a matter of preference and therefore, our 4* sister hotel Nomad Design & Lifestyle which opened just 4 years ago would correspond better with your wishes.
It is particularly important for us to offer a regional breakfast buffet with different components. We try to fulfil all of our guests wishes and we are more than sorry, that we were not able to meet all of your requirements.

Kaikki mitä tarvitset + lisää
Ainoa asia, joka ei ollut niin hyvä, on se, että lattia on vanha, joten astuessasi joihinkin puulaudoille kuulet puun räjähtävän - mutta se on pieni hinta, joka maksetaan tämän hämmästyttävän vanhan rakennuksen ylläpidosta, joka on nykyaikaistettu kunnioittaen täysin vanhat ominaisuudet.
Ja ennen kaikkea. . . kaikki olivat erittäin mukavia ja vieraanvaraisia
