Good location, good rest

Very well located. Very good price for being Biarritz. Basic hotel which is a very good option.
Beach a few meters away. And you don't need to move the car for almost anything.

LACK OF EMPATHY AND DISPARAGING BEHAVIOR.

The day before checking in, a very serious mishap occurred that forced me to return to Zaragoza immediately. My agency notified the hotels of the matter and all of them, except Le Petit, proceeded to NOT charge any fees, as it was a vital matter.
I am a civil servant and I travel frequently with my colleagues to France and, at this moment, I am proceeding to act with the same empathy that you have shown my family, by spreading the MISTREATMENT received at your hands on our private networks.

To flee!!!

“The hotel” has no Welcoming! What makes arrival and departure complicated!
The rooms are standard but small; the layout makes the sockets difficult to use!
CAUTION:
1. Very unpleasant staff
2. Despite a reservation and an online payment; 138€; the person at the Welcoming defrauded me 40€; not originally planned!
Very bad experience; to flee!!!!!!!

Very small room.

The hotel is very well located but our room was really very small. Sufficient for an overnight stopover, probably more difficult for a stay.

Good location

Ideal location downtown , casino , beach by the coast, great rooms are good and the boss gerant is super friendly and the hotel is good and the breakfast is good and very good value for money products so it goes well the
