Fantastic Hotel

What a great hotel we stayed in ,clean,trendy and the staff were very friendly ,a special shout out to Marina B she spoke fantastic English .The food was loverly but my only concern was they had no chips/french fries on the menu .The pizza was a 10 out of 10 .The chief was accommodating and would make poached eggs or fried eggs in the morning which was great .I would recommend the hotel to friends and family any everyone , as the hotel is only a 10 minute tram ride to Zagreb city centre .

Discreet

The hotel is nice but unfortunately inside the
Bar is allowed smoking and is really terrible for those who do not smoke. You can't have coffee or anything because you can't breathe from smoke!!
The staff is very friendly.
Inside the bar there is no possibility to eat sandwiches or anything else just drink and in summer some ice cream.
However I reiterate that smoking is UNACCEPTABLE!!

A Mixed Stay: Good Hotel, Poor Air Conditioning

The hotel is located a short distance from the City Center, but its proximity to the tram stop makes it easily accessible within 15 minutes. Additionally, Uber rides to and from the hotel cost less than 6 Euros, making it a convenient option. The rooms are clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is also very good, with a wide selection of options.
However, the major issue with the hotel is the air conditioning system, which fails to cool the room effectively. During our stay, we had to switch off the AC and kept the window open to stay comfortable. In peak summer, I would strongly advise against booking this hotel, as it's impossible to stay in the room due to the heat. If the hotel can address the AC issue, it would be a great place to stay. Until then, I would recommend exploring other options.

Really bad hotel

Very warm in the room and ac could not be adjusted. They were able to do it through reception and I asked them several times but without anything happening. Got a room with bathtub as desired - with it missing plug so difficult to bathe. Pointed this out to reception 2 credits hot and to housekeeping - nothing happened.
Breakfast bad. It's bad. Very busy road next to the hotel which caused a lot of noise. Walls thin so you heard neighbors clearly. Not coming back.

Dental care

Excellent hotel, perfect for those who go to Zagreb to have their teeth treated, being opposite the clinic, good prices, warm and comfortable room, decent restaurant.
Slightly on the outskirts but, in less than ten minutes by tram, you can reach the center of Zagreb
