Buen apartamento para estar en Florencia

Apartamento cómodo situado a 20-25 minutos del centro. Eramos 3 y mi hijo dormía en el sofá cama del salón que era grande aunque no funcionaba bien. Lo dijimos pero la cama quedaba levantada por los pies. Está bien equipada y decorada. El barrio es bueno, tiene muchos lugares fonde comer o cenar, tomarte una copa o un helado pero a la vez es tranquilo. Sugerimos que ofrecieran un mapa de la ciudad el día que llegas con puntos a destacar junto el apartamento.

If you value your health avoid at all costs...

An absolutely terrible experience. The place was inherently dirty with bed bugs and dust mites.
My fiance and I began feeling unwell after the first day but thought maybe we were just acclimatising.
On the third day my fiance had weeping blisters around her ankles and hard nodules over her body. Her lower legs, feet and ankles became very swollen. It became very painful for her to even walk thus ruining the remainder of our trip.
I also developed a rash and our throat glands became swollen. I contacted the owner who simply did not care about our concerns or what we were going through. We then contacted booking.com who were also useless and basically said they could not do anything. There is no care or concern for the customer or the customers health and well being. It's terrible as we are still suffering. I would strongly advise anyone who is considering using this place as their accommodation to think again.
In addition the hot water stopped working on day 1 and we had to take cold showers until the next day. Also the shower head was broken and the shower door was falling off its hinges too.
I would also urge you to think about booking through booking.com as they were no help at all.
I asked for a valid health and safety certificate but none was forthcoming.
All in all a terrible terrible experience. Stay away...
