Everything perfect!
Claudio was very attentive, kind and helpful. The property is situated in a well-connected location to services, just minutes from the center and the beaches. It is cozy, large and clean rooms, equipped with all amenities. It 'was a pleasant stay, I recommend it!

saat mitä maksaa! Se on rauhallinen paikka ja aamiainen on runsas. Mutta. . . vaikka kaikkialla ei ole merkkejä tupakoinnista, WC: ssä (varsinkin pienessä) on omistajasta lähes vakiotyyppinen savukkeiden haju.
Ovet muodostavat melua, ja jos et nuku kuin kallio, joka todennäköisesti herättää muita vieraita, lasinen makuuhuoneen ovet eivät ole varmoja.
Meidän ilmastointi rikkoi oleskelun aikana, meille saatiin tuuletin, joka oli todella hyvä, mutta ei voinut saada sitä yön yli, koska se tekee liian paljon melua. Kauden päättyessä tiesimme, ettei se pääse kiinteään. . . Noh. Yleensä omistaja on erittäin avulias ja ystävällinen. kävelymatkan päässä kaupungin keskustasta 20 minuutissa, rannalla 10-15 minuuttia.

thank you for staying at the bed and breakfast calciufetta!
I thank you for your words as they will give me the motivation to improve, the smell of smoke in the bathrooms can be annoying and I urge guests to smoke outside the house ... the door noise, although not excessive, can be quickened and we are working to eliminate it.
The bathroom doors have opaque glasses and can not be seen inside, but in any case following your precious advice, I will color them as black as in the other rooms :-)
unfortunately the room's conditioner broke out during the high season and especially when all the technicians were in vacation and the only thing I could do was buy a fan the same day. The room is cleaned every 3 to 4 days the highest praivacy possible for guests and make them feel at home throughout the stay except for direct guests' requests, while the common areas are also available to guests every day.
The distance from the center is 10 minutes.
I hope to have you as our guests in the near future and in the meantime I take the opportunity to wish you a life full of successes.

Great location
Everything perfect, the Owner is very nice, the rooms are very clean, large and comfortable. Excellent breakfast, Macedonia and the tray of top pasta, the freshest juice and coffee one of the best ever drunk. We asked for late Check-out and there were no problems.

Genial
The flat was cozy, we had lunch and could leave things in the fridge! The rooms were equipped with just enough and necessary and we really enjoyed leaving us towels for the shower. Of course, the apartment was super well located 10 minutes walk to the coast and in a very quiet place. Claudio was very friendly and advised us at all times in addition to always being very aware of the messages.

ZERO HYGIENE
I don't usually give negative reviews but I can't help it here.
The worst place I have ever been, certainly cheap if you consider the distance from the center (just under 1 and a half km) but the cleanliness really leaves something to be desired, I stayed 7 nights and the towels were changed ONLY ONCE, we tried to request another set of towels but we were told that it was for a fee, obviously the room was also cleaned ONLY ONCE, the rest of the days we were in the dirt, going to the beach it was impossible not to have slippers dirty with sand which was dispersed in the room together with the dust, there was no possibility of sweeping the room even ALONE since there was no broom available, even the bin remained full of rubbish.
The mat in the shared bathroom remained there for days, the cleaning of the bathroom itself was ONLY done ONCE a day.
I opened the wardrobe to put my clothes away but I had to give up on the idea because there was a VOMITING SMELL mixed between stuffy and rotten.
Shared drying rack old and also unhygienic, I was forced to hang out the towels that remained damp after the shower in the room because on the drying rack there were clothes and linens belonging to people I did NOT know.
Breakfast consists of sub-brand croissants with cereals and milk that have been open for who knows how long!!! There were no disposable cups!
It is impossible to leave a cell phone charging if you are not in the room because the electricity switch key is WELDED to the key ring where the keys to access the structure are located.
Recommended only for those who DO NOT care about their hygiene.
