So close to the beach - you don't need shoes!

We stayed at this bed and breakfast August 28th - Sept 2. The location is prime! We didn't even need to put on shoes to walk across the street and enjoy the beach. Our room was very nice and the perfect amount of space for myself and boyfriend. We even had a lovely terrace. The bathroom was shared but the entire place was immaculate - so clean. It's obvious that the entire family and the house keeper take great pride in this bed and breakfast. The family was incredible - they really made all the difference during our stay. They were helpful and had tons of information and suggestions for us. Things we never even thought of were anticipated and we could not be more grateful for all that they added to our trip.

nice place

We stayed one night at this place, rooms were adequate, also breakfast. However, the shared bathroom was not, it was not so clean, meanwhile you were taking a shower in a tiny space, closed with a door, people could enter in the bathroom which meant there was no intimacy at all.
Location is great!
If they improve the bathroom it would become a very good place to stay, good relation price-quality, but this requirement is a must.

Close to the beach

We were supposed to stay at B&B La Bouganville but the bathroom was under construction, so the owner took us to this B&B. The room was small there was not much room for our suitcases and since we were only staying two nites, we didn´t unpack, so we had to step over them alot! Otherwise the bed was comfortable, the bath was clean and modern. The owners were nice, but didn´t speak English....only Italian and French. Breakfast was standard but no meat or cheese on only one type of jam. The rolls were homemade and ok if somewhat hard!! There was a shared kitchen and a terrace for the visitors. Great that we were right on the beach. You can walk into town in about 10 minutes on the promenade...very nice.

Totally awesome!!! Great B&B!!

We were there from 23rd-30th of August 2012 and it was great! We came there spontaneously because freinds of us booked a room there. The whole family, Mother, father, sons, daughter in law, everyone was so nice and friendly, helpful and interested. The rooms were very clean. the cleaning lady came almost every day and was a very nice lady by the way.
The breakfast was typically italian and the hosts made sure that there is always enough for everyone.
It was 5meters to the beach.
We really enjoyed it and will definatly come back to that B&B!!!!

Nice place

My husband and I were pleasantly surprised by this little B&B. When I booked I was kind of expecting hostel type accomodations, as we had to book with a shared bathroom, but it was actually very nice... our room was large with our own priviate terrace (that was huge!) and airconditioning. We never really had to wait for the bathroom, which was just outside our room. The staff were super friendly, and I loved how they had breakfast set up, with one large communal table upstairs on the balcony with a view of the beach! The location was great, right across the street from the beach, and only about a 20min walk down the popular boardwalk to get to oldtown. Overall, two thumbs up!
