Great stay in a convenient location - we really loved that the apartment was only 15 min walk from the beach.
Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable.

Hotel and restaurant are beautiful as well as outdoor large patio. Area was safe and sunny and walkable. Our room overlooked the street with a sunny balcony which I loved. The toiletries placed in our room saved us as our baggage was lost for 2 full days. Only off things were that the day bed had no blanket (?) just a mattress pad and mattress cover, so son slept on pad with mattress cover as blanket, and some of the reception staff were warm (a nice guy) and some were cool/aloof and not very helpful (a girl).

A big pity, what a shame.

Stayed for 3 nights. Tried to get something to eat the first afternoon, but was told the restaurant was closed, at 15.50 in the afternoon. Food was still coming out at around 5pm. Then tried the night after but was told kitchen only opens at 20.30. Could be a thing in Spain, but if you have hotel guests that are unable to eat at the hotel, bit strange. Even sitting in the courtyard just having a quiet drink, waiters ignore you and only concentrate on the tables that order food and don't want to sound racist, but are Spanish. I waited over 45 minutes to even get noticed. This to me is not acceptable, all guests should be treated equally, I know, as I work in an hotel and treat ALL guests the same, no matter where they are from or what they spend.

A fairytale place that makes you feel at home

Everything extremely nice, clean and new room, excellent location, close to the sea, but also well connected to the train station leading to Castellon.
Makes you want to come back as soon as you leave!
The only flaw, the second day returning we realized that a card was missing, we politely asked the girl in turn that day (the girl with clear eyes of Spanish nationality) to provide us with another, she replied that being provided with the code to enter would not give us another and that then a single card would suffice.
Now, it's true that we had the code and that the door opening system has always worked excellently, but if at first we were given two keys, and if we explicitly asked you for a new one why not give it to us?
I found this attitude extremely uncool.
Everything else turned out to be perfect:)
A special thanks to the high two girls, always cute and extremely helpful :)
