Hotel Pabisa Sofia sijaitsee lähellä rantaa. Majoituspaikka on suljettu 28. 10ta –6. 3ta.

Great solution for those who choose the Arena!
The area is practically dedicated to the Germans, but the sea deserves a lot and is perfect for those looking for nightlife and a central point with everything and also very convenient if you want to move as it is also very connected by bus.
I highly recommend!

Disappointing experience: noisy hotel not up to 4 stars
Upon arrival, while waiting for the room, I went to the bathrooms of the reception and the situation was bad: ruined wooden doors, poorly maintained bathroom and without even soap. The management of the luggage storage was also questionable: there were German tourists changing and walking around in their underwear without any control or attention to other guests.
The room was decent, but absolutely not up to a 4-star rating. The window did not close and anyone could have opened it from the outside, which made us feel unsafe, also because the terraces were all connected to each other.
During the night it was impossible to rest: screaming, squawking and groups of drunk tourists at all hours. Even a glass bottle fell on our terrace. The area and the hotel seem to be frequented mainly by Germans who already from 8/9 in the morning wander around with beer in hand until late at night.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for tranquility, safety, cleanliness and a hotel truly worthy of the four stars declared.

Ci dispiace sapere che il soggiorno non abbia soddisfatto le sue aspettative. I suoi commenti riguardo alla manutenzione, alla pulizia e al rumore sono stati presi in considerazione e verranno condivisi con i reparti competenti per continuare a migliorare.
Il nostro hotel si trova in una zona vivace e internazionale, il che può influenzare l’atmosfera soprattutto in alta stagione. Apprezziamo comunque il suo feedback e il tempo dedicato a scriverci.

NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY HOTEL !!!!
Only offer was to buy one more room to split us!
Nothing so stiupid i had never seen in all world, management is unprofessional.
Booking said to connect with hotel at least about refund, what i did eye on eye on them.
And they only said sorry we cant.
After 5 days i came another time speak about situation and they even did not cared about my lost money, they said thats the rules.
Even if i asked for room upgrade they said - NO, when i asked for lost money discount to buy better apartment also was - NO.
Stay away if you want to visit that family unfriendly place, hope they will invest in staff and Hotel management education courses for money they charged from our family.
Booking say that you can get refund if connect with hotel, but they all said they cant do nothing and sorry, so its legal thiefs.
After that, they put in booking that i was not showed up , and everything fine.
Scammers.

We would like to clarify that your reservation was made for two adults, and unfortunately, the room category booked has a maximum capacity of two guests, in accordance with hotel policies and local regulations. For this reason, we were unable to accommodate three people in the same room.
Our reception team did their best to offer alternative solutions at the time, including booking an additional room or suggesting accommodation at our nearby Pabisa Orlando Apartments, so you and your family could still enjoy your stay. Regarding the refund, this is subject to the booking conditions agreed upon at the time of reservation.
We sincerely regret that the situation led to frustration and would like to emphasize that our team always aims to assist our guests with professionalism and respect.

3 stars. No more...
The rooms are clean and well decorated, the bathroom renovated.
The hotel facilities, such as gym or billiards, are broken and not usable.
Unfortunately, food on half board is hardly to be enjoyed. With a bit more fresh produce you could significantly increase the quality.
