Night reception poor service

We came 11 people around 22:30 because we lost our flight we called this hotel and receptionist told us she has rooms when we arrived I told her if they offer breakfast she said no I said to her I will book through booking because we want breakfast and is more cheaper she get upset saying to me stop showing her hand I don’t want to speak with you she was very rude .I done the reservation through booking she was printing saying very bad words to me that I can not mention After she gave us wrong rooms I booked 2 apartments 2 double she gave us 3 double 1 apartment I told her here the rooms are wrong she said am not speaking to you ! I was wondering what was wrong if I spoke with any tone to her I apologised said sorry for booking from booking com propably we are tired but she said go to a doctor if you don’t feel good ! Please the owner open the camera watch our conversation this is first time I have seen this customer service I have travelled in many countries your hotel has the most disgusting service ever we are customers she can not speak to us like we are best friends . She said that her wage is 500 euro she can not provide good service Good luck

Can be improved

We stayed 4 nights and no one came in to change or lay sheets and towels; the baskets were empty only once. The food is moderate, very poor, the quantities few with few exceptions. What was left of one meal was served to the next one with something supplemental. Breakfast cereal bowl exposed behind the refrigerator until the next morning.
The bathroom was only clean the first day, since after that no one was again.

Comfortable hotel in the centre of Sofia

The hotel RAI is conveniently located, so reaching Sofia centre or airport/InterExpoCentre is an easy option. The hotel offers small but very comfortable and clean rooms. Bed was comfortable, bathroom was good and clean.
Breakfast was basic but good and filter coffee was absolutely gorgeous!
Staff was friendly and very helpful! 2% fee is applicable on card payments.
Underground parking is available for a fee.

Sleep but don't dine

This was a last minute booking as our favourite hotel was fully booked.
Rooms fine, clean and tidy, beds comfortable. Nice big bathroom with lots of towels.
Hotel reception staff on arrival seemed to be offended that I had asked to see the room before confirming our booking but the rooms were ok.
I wouldn't recommend dining in the restaurant. It was 8.30pm and we were the only ones in there. Menu choice seemed fine, prices higher than elsewhere though, but my pork dish (which I have eaten elsewhere) smelled like the meat was off and when cut open it was raw inside. They offered to cook it again but by then I had lost my appetite so we left the restaurant and went to our room.
The meal was still on my bill when I checked out and as my Bulgarian was limited it was easier just to pay it.
Breakfast was limited buffet but fine.
Double room was 82 lev, so good price for the room including breakfast.

Squallore

In queste 5 settimane la nostra camera è stata pulita a “fondo” forse una volta a settimana.
Lenzuola cambiata una volta se no vengono solamente girate, sotto al copriletto si possono trovare peli, capelli macchie di non si sa quale sostanza e origine.
Nel bagno della nostra camera (suite) la doccia era intasata.
Il cibo non solo era di cattivo gusto ma si trovavano pure capelli, ciglia e pelucchi.
Una mattina abbiamo trovato il pane con al suo interno la muffa, sta mattina il formaggio.
La quantità delle porzioni non è sufficiente.
Non lo consiglio assolutamente.
