Thank you for taking the time to leave us your constructive feedback, being a small boutique hotel we rely on our valued guests to help us continue to improve the product and service we provide.
Being in such a fantastic location, right in the heart of Melbourne's CBD, can unfortunately mean we are subject to some outside noise disturbance. Of course we do try and minimise this and generally the Regent Theatre will take into account our hotel guests when they're bumping in a new show, I am truly sorry this was not the case during your stay.
I'm sorry to read you were disappointed by our continental buffet breakfast, which comes free with all direct booking such as yours. We do try to provide the best offering, including our condiments, which are sourced locally and are certainly of a high quality.
I've passed on your feedback about your room's cleanliness to our Housekeeping Manager, this is of course not the standard we set here at Adelphi and for that I am genuinely sorry. We pride ourselves on our high cleanliness rating and have a housekeeping team who are trained in the very high standards of Adelphi.
