The room was alright not clean but not disgusting either. Stained sheets, brown splatters on the bathroom door. Tub had some weird goop in the bottom of it. Mostly just worn out and not updated. The staff at the front counter was very nice. On our third night there was a party outside our room with about 20 people drinking and smoking. If we opened the door they yelled. People on the balcony screaming at them to hold it down and then screaming at everyone else to leave them alone.
I messaged the hotel no luck. In the morning I talked to the very nice lady at the front desk who informed me the manager told her other peoples actions are not his problem.
I let her know our room smelled heavily of pot and we had to turn our ac off to keep it from blowing the smoke in and she informed me that other people complained too but their manager told them it’s not his problem. The front desk staff said they were aware they had issues but said since management didn’t gate to address them we should turn in reports and call the police.
This hotel wasn’t just a bad night sleep for us it was a huge safety concern so we are filing a police safety report and a report with the housing and licensing about the hotels policy to not interfere with other people’s actions.

The staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about the surroundings. Parking was limited. The location is walking distance to every shop in town. The Hot tub was clean, but faces the street, not too much privacy. The bads were bowing in the center (old) I couldn't sleep comfortably.

Clean & reasonably priced. Road noise was a bit much - otherwise the rating would have been higher.

This place has a policy that if you don't like the room they can change it within 15 minutes. The room we got had a huge gap under the door and on the side. The bed felt like it was 15 years old. I went back to the office within 8 minutes the staff made me wait 10 minutes and said it was too late to make any changes. Lesson learned don't be cheap spend the extra $50 a night so you can get a good night's rest. They basically upgraded the windows and AC unit and bathtub but the noise level was still really bad from traffic and the bed are the worst I've ever slept on.

You can tell this property was once nicely renovated... however it's day has passed. Do not stay here. I'm giving it two stars because the front desk personal tried as hard as they could, but there were too many issues for them to overcome. The A/C in the room was broken, there was significant hair on the bedsheets when you pulled them back to get in bed (hotel did change them at my request), there was a used blunt stuffed in the window sill, shower curtain rod was broken so you had to hold the shower curtain while showering, the shampoo/body wash dispensers were empty, and the ice machine was broken.
Again, do not stay here.
