A Perfect End to a Long Day

After a long day of factory visits, I returned to the hotel around midnight feeling completely exhausted. Instead of having dinner, I decided to order a fruit platter.
I was genuinely impressed by the care and attention I received. Even at such a late hour, Muxammadofif prepared and delivered a beautifully presented fruit platter with great attention to detail. It wasn’t just fresh fruit—it was arranged with care, making me feel truly welcomed after a very tiring day.
Small gestures like this make a big difference. His kindness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality turned a simple late-night snack into a memorable experience.
The hotel is clean, comfortable, and the staff are excellent. I highly recommend The Elements Hotel to anyone visiting Tashkent, and I will definitely stay here again.

Four-star hotel with five-star level

We traveled with a group through the Stan countries, staying in accommodations at a four-star level. The Elements was our top experience and had facilities and offerings that I usually only expect in a five-star hotel. Our room was very spacious and stylishly furnished. It had enough outlets and USB ports for our electronic devices and an air conditioning unit that was barely audible and that we could run overnight (which we usually never do). The bathroom was equipped with ultra-modern fixtures, fluffy soft towels, and pleasantly scented, skin-friendly toiletries. A major highlight was also the quality of the cuisine. The dinner with filleted local fish was exquisite, and the breakfast buffet left no wishes unfulfilled - considering Central Asian standards. It had various fresh fruit juices (e.g., pomegranate), yogurts and cheeses, strawberries, kiwi, and other fruits, as well as paper-thin crepes and several types of crispy bread. In other four-star hotels in Central Asia, I have never encountered such a sensational breakfast buffet. The staff was not only friendly but also eager to fulfill every conceivable wish of the guests. Thus, we quickly received additional towels for the bathroom and a side table to spread out our second suitcase upon request. All in all, a very pleasant stay.

Comfort, comfort, harmony and tranquillity

Cool modern hotel, very clean, good location, breakfasts are great. I liked the design: everything in such calm calf tones (whoever has the moon in Taurus will understand). Translating into ordinary Russian the interior is harmonious, using the play of light and shadow, soft colors, which creates coziness and calm. Aesthetics are present in this hotel. Special thanks to Behrouz for his dexterity and hospitality, very much helped me :). Thank you to your entire team, you guys are great. Prosperity to you and success.

Hair everywhere

The hotel looks normal.But we booked a room with two separate beds, we were given one bed. Dirty, everywhere hair, unwrapped towels there hair too. Terrible.

Lovely hotel!

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. The room was cozy, and the service was excellent—especially the receptionist, Mr. Shokruh, who assisted us with the extension at a good price. They also have a good variety of breakfast options. There are many local restaurants nearby.
