autumn vacation

1. Price: positively surprising,
2. Location: acceptably close both to railway station and city center;
3. Personal: positive and attentive;
4. Possibility to leave the baggage before check in and after check out in the storeroom (both at 12 pm);
5. Soundproofing: in the room is very quiet when the door and windows are closed. I slept well;
6. Cleaning: the room was not cleaned during 3 nights of stay;
7. Bathroom accessories: standard set of towels, toothbrushes, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, disposable slippers, primitive hair dryer;
8. Conditioner: somehow smells not nice while ON;
9. Cleanliness: mold in the shower, everything else was clean;
10. Hot water: boiler system, it means the hot water is limited but plenty enough for normal shower.
I was satisfied with this hotel. I would take it if I visit Lviv again.

A clean, quiet oasis in a great city

I stayed here when I attended a conference in 2010, and brought American friends back again. They were impressed by the cleanliness, the amenities like cable, wifi, and hot water on demand, and the spaciousness of the rooms for a very reasonable price--$50 a night for a single room. It's a little bit north of the main hotels in the city, but you can easily walk, take a tram, or a take 5-minute cab ride (for less than $5) to get to the historical area. The staff speak some English. I would stay there for a 3rd time if I could.

Good budget stay in Lviv

The hotel is situated a bit further from the city center, but it takes around 10 minutes to walk to the historical part of the city. Plus it is very close to the St. George Catherdral. We stayed there during Christmas period and had a choice wether to rent an apartment or a hotel for the family trip. We chose to stay in the hotel as it provides more convenient services in comparison to the apartment.
We stayed in the family suite, which was rather small but had everything you need for a night sleep with air conditioner, TV, fridge, etc. The bathroom was also clean.
We did not eat in the hotel as breakfast is not included in the price and Lviv has a lot of nice places to eat out in much better prices than offered in the hotel.
Overall we had a pleasant stay in the hotel.

Качество соответствует цене

Качество соответствует цене. Очень неудобно подниматься на 5й этаж с чемоданами по узкой крутой лестнице, а спускаться с ними по ней - ещё неудобнее. Завтрак возможен только после 8:00, притом в 8:05 вы его тоже не факт что получите - сотрудники кухни начинают работать с 8:00. так что если вам на 9:00 на работу, планируйте завтрак вне отеля "Престиж", иначе опоздаете. Каждый раз по возвращении в номер приходилось проветривать, открывая настеж окна (в конце ноября) т.к. каждый раз в номере был неприятный запах по возвращении. \оставлять включенной вытяжку не помогало. И одеяло шириной 80-90 см (напомню - в ноябре) тоже комфорта не добавляет. Плюс уборкой номера и заменой полотенец на несколько дней персонал себя утруждать не стал.
Из плюсов - заселилась на полчаса раньше 12:00 без доплаты. И коллега оставляла багаж у них в кладовке без доплаты.

Соответствие цена-качество

Чистый, уютный отель. Удобная кровать и вкусный завтрак. Персонал вежливый и отзывчивый. Не понравилась только ступенька в ванной комнате （никак не обозначена）. Отель удобно расположен к центру и вокзалу. Рекомендую.
