Its very close to centrum . The rooms are small and old. Some of them are quite dirty but the staff is awesome. Never forget that u get what you pay for. I stayed 3 nights and i may comeback even tho the cheats werent clean and the fridge was horrible. The staff was great and its very close to centrum

Decent 3-Star Hotel

Most three star hotels in Ukraine are better, but in the Western sense, this is a true three star.
Two of the three ladies that worked the front desk were very friendly and courteous. The third older, heavy set woman was always grumpy and not friendly at all.
Location is okay, there is a marketplace and several restaurants within walking distance.
There were no amenities or daily cleaning service (expected). However, they did service my room when requested.
The room was large for a three star. The heating was not adequate, it was chilly most of the time. In order to get consistently hot water in the shower, I had to let the water run for five minutes first. The bed was adequate for a three star...not had but certainly not a great mattress.

Poor.

First night of our stay we were locked out of the building and spent 20 minutes banging on the door until someone had let us in. Unfortunately that person did not speak a word of English and it was difficult to sort out that we were supposed to be in a room! Once we got to the room the bed was basically a mattress on the floor and our shower leaked (not just a little leak). Basically just used it as a place to sleep and to keep our things while we explored the city and it was still well below par.

Добро пожаловать в ОТЕЛЬ за 700 грн!!!!! в сутки!

Самое худшое помещение (ОТЕЛЕМ извините никак язык не поворачивается назвать) города Харькова, которое к сожалению никто никак не закроет! Крайне не рекомендую!
P. S. Читайте пожалуйста отзывы перед тем, как заселяться куда-то!
Ну и внимание на экран!

Ужас!!!

Обращаюсь ко всем, кто захочет бронировать этот отель!!! Не делайте этого! Более худшего и грязного места я не видела!!! Грязь, грибок, антисанитария, накуреность и дикий холод - это не полный перечень услуг…. Это ужас!!!! Обьезжайте этот отель!!!
