Beach
We went to the beach; they charge a 10% service fee, but the waiters aren't serving us. We went all the way to the waiter to order, asked him to pull up the umbrella, but he couldn't. If I want to sit in the sun, I'll go to a public beach, and why am I paying this exorbitant price for service I'm not receiving? It's a disappointment.

My review is for the beach, not for the hotel.
I don't know where to begin.
I discovered this place last July. I came almost every Sunday until the season ended. Last year the prices were also higher than elsewhere, but I found that acceptable since it's a hotel-style establishment.
This year, I opened the season on July 15th. Yes, it was a public holiday, and this is a commercial establishment; I can understand that. However, this issue is very sensitive in the service sector. When you prioritize commercial concerns so much, it repels customers.
The service is very slow. Even to place an order, you have to make a serious effort to reach a staff member. I don't know if this is a deliberate concept, but nobody has a name tag. You can't tell who's staff and who's a guest. In such a situation, it becomes difficult even to find someone to ask for help.
For example, there's no hot coffee; only Turkish coffee is served. Although hot coffees like filter coffee or latte are on the menu, they are not sold. If you want to drink coffee, you have to choose cold coffee because that's what the establishment has decided.
Another disturbing issue is the "favoritism" mentality sometimes encountered in the service industry. This is very noticeable here and it's really off-putting.
I won't even get into how the sun loungers are crammed together.
In conclusion, the prices are quite high, but the service you receive definitely doesn't justify the price. Unfortunately, this was my first and also my last visit in the summer of 2026.

TERRIBLE BEYOND TERRIBLE!!!!
First, they brought a dirty teacup, it took 15 minutes to change it, the potato chips with the spread breakfast were ice cold, the pizza was ice cold, the bagels, gözleme (Turkish flatbread), and pişi (Turkish fried dough) were ice cold. We asked them to change it and bring it hot, it took 25 minutes of waiting, and no one properly attended to us. Such a terrible establishment in a seaside location with such a view is unbelievable. Don't be fooled by the photos!!!!!

Beware of what you think are complimentary drinks
Be very careful when you sit down on the loungers, they automatically give you 2 drinks each, it a detox drink and waters.
They never tell you, that you have to pay, they just bring drives without you asking!
It is not until you leave that you have to pay… really unfair and they take no responsibility for not advising you.
The loungers are really comfortable and view is glorious, but due to their lack of advising you re paying for what you think is complimentary drinks, made a bad experience

Don't bury their spa, it has nothing to do with hammam
Worst Turkish massage I've ever had, and I've had many.
We 5 girls bought through Get your guide.
When we arrived at the spa, we were busy buying extra things, which was not an option as we had a subsequent appointment.
The dressing rooms are so small that we couldn't be 5 in there. At the same time, the chief staff officer waited in and out, without closing doors.
In the hammer, the two girls were so busy talking that it was done with a strike of cloth. The foam itself did not come on so you were covered, and you were not scrubbed with foam, it was just rinsed off.
The massage that was done to the other girls was quite good.
Subsequently we tried to explain the boss about the experience, but he could not speak English and the translation on his phone seemed not to work so well
