Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. !!

Absolute dump. Room dirty , no air con , food was left over from dinner. Rooms stink of musk. Only good part was checking out !!!!!

Do not ever come to this hell hole

Our jet 2 flight was cancelled and 200 of us were put here, dropped off in the middle of the night, welcomed by someone vomiting excessively which we could hear whilst waiting for the lift. The place stinks and is filthy the bed has bed bugs in and the whole place is a health and safety hazard. The hotel manager was extremely drunk slurring his words honestly do not ever come here it is disgusting. We didn’t even eat any of the food we would rather have starved, they wouldn’t even allow us water to drink they wanted to charge us even though jet2 gave food and drink allowances on top of the accommodation allowance. This hotel is disgusting and I wouldn’t even give it one star, had a nice sea view but honestly that is all, the smell of the hotel is still on our clothes writing this review on the way home and it is vile, like something out of a horror film.

Avoid at all costs!

Our flight home was cancelled and all 200 passengers were able to be put up here at the drop of a hat. A hotel that can take that many guests in August is a red flag.
Room is dirty. Staff are not helpful.
The food is literally last night’s tea. Chips and onions for breakfast. No fruit.
Was also told we had a bed settee but it was just a curved settee.

Prison motel

Easyjet flight cancelled and sent here as punishment. Flight to BHX 3/8/26. With another 200 people. Dirty smelly and wouldnt house the homeless here, food a dog wouldnt be served. Bed bug bites, aircon with fag smell that u only get 2 hours of. Staff horrible and rude. Looks like its been on stand by from the 1980s and no one has stayed here since. See my pictures do not stay here ever!!!!

Dont book Cender hotel

I stayed at Cender Hotel for 10 days from July to August, and it was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. I strongly recommend staying somewhere else.
Our bad experience started before we even checked in. Booking.com clearly stated that check-in was available from 10:00 AM, so we arrived at around 8:00 AM expecting to wait a short while. Instead, the reception staff became annoyed when we mentioned the advertised check-in time and insisted that we had to wait until 2:00 PM. It was only after showing them what was stated on Booking.com and discussing it with them that they finally allowed us to check in earlier. This was an extremely unprofessional first impression.
The room was dirty from the moment we arrived. The bathroom was unhygienic, the room smelled bad, and on our second day the toilet broke and could not be flushed. The staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no urgency in solving the problem.
There were insects in the room, including bugs on the bed. Housekeeping was terrible—we had to ask reception every single time we wanted the room cleaned, and even then they often ignored us. In reality, our room was only cleaned about once every three days.
Breakfast was included, but we never ate there because the food looked old, smelled bad, and did not seem hygienic. On top of that, guests were not allowed to bring their own food or bottled water into the hotel.
The reception staff were unprofessional and often did not even know who we were. The photos on Booking.com are extremely misleading and do not reflect the actual condition of the hotel.
I have attached photos to this review so everyone can see that this is a genuine review based on my own experience.
After spending 10 days here, I can honestly say I regret booking this hotel. There are much better hotels in Antalya for the same price. Save yourself the disappointment and avoid Cender Hotel.
