Worst experience ever

Very bad experience at Hotel Abou Sofiane. From the moment we arrived, the air conditioning at the reception wasn’t working, making the wait extremely uncomfortable. Check-in was supposed to be at 3:00 PM, but we had to wait almost two hours before getting our room, without any explanation or apology.
On top of that, they had run out of the All Inclusive wristbands, which is completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.
The worst part was the service. The reception staff were unprofessional, often rude, and spoke to guests in an arrogant manner. Every time we asked for something, it felt like we were bothering them. There was absolutely no sense of hospitality.
I do not recommend this hotel at all. They seriously need to improve their organization, customer service, and, most importantly, the way they treat their guests.

Not for British people

2nd time visiting most probably be my last,life guards lovely,bar staff at pool bar great,hotel bar staff during the day time not nice at all,the old fat guy just wants money from English and room numbers for a bottle of water,which is not needed,he is very creepy and not nice,he was here last time also,not sure how he keeps his job.
Majority of people here Muslim and Abab who are extremely rude,especially to British,constantly pushing in,reserving seats and so greedy with food,reception staff ignore British also and quite happily help someone behind of a different race,ants in rooms,no air con in reception area,weather was good though,pillows lumpy,bed very hard,no remote control for to unless paid for,many other hotels look better in this area to be honest

Good Rooms and Great Water Slides, but Disappointing Food and Entertainment

My experience at this hotel was mixed. The rooms were renovated, clean, and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a great job every day. The water slides were definitely the highlight of the hotel, and the water games were very enjoyable. Unfortunately, the food was only average and did not meet my expectations. The biggest disappointment was the animation team, which was poorly organized, especially the team leader, who behaved in an unprofessional manner. I believe the hotel would benefit from hiring a new animation team. Another negative point was the reception, as we had to wait a long time before being given our room at check-in. Overall, while the rooms and water attractions were excellent, the entertainment, food, and slow check-in process need significant improvement.
