Lisäksi huoneissa on kattotuulettimet ja pimennysverhot. Siivous päivittäin ja silitysrauta/-lauta on saatavilla pyynnöstä. Käytössäsi on ulkouima-allas ja lastenallas. Muihin vapaa-ajan palveluihin kuuluu ympäri vuorokauden auki oleva kuntokeskus. Seuraavat aktiviteetit ovat saatavilla joko paikan päällä tai sen lähistöllä, ja ne saattavat olla maksullisia. Seuraavat tilat tai palvelut on suljettu 1.10.2026–15.10.2026 (päivät saattavat muuttua): Yksi baareista/loungeista Ranta Majoituspaikassa tehdään remonttia 1.10.2026– 8.11.2026 (remontin valmistumispäivä voi muuttua). Remontti vaikuttaa seuraaviin alueisiin: Yksi ravintoloista Baari/lounge Kunnostustöitä tehdään ainoastaan normaaliin työaikaan. Meluhaitat ja muut haitat pyritään pitämään mahdollisimman vähäisinä.

OZO auringon palvojille

Kiva hotelli upeella uima-allasalueella josta suora yhteys rantaan. Ystävällinen palvelu, erityisesti Ann respassa auttoi järjestelyissä. Verkkokaupasta oli kätevä tilata tarjoilu aurinkotuolille altaalla ja rannalla. Olimme ainoat suomalaiset hotellissa

SMALL ROOMS

I don't usually write reviews, but felt it important to. This hotel charges top rates for rooms that are way too small, with no cupboard or storage space for your clothes & personal items. There is minimal space to sit down & relax with the bed taking the majority of the space.
Upon checkout we went to claim the offered 10% discount on the food that was offered, we were treated rather rudely & aggressively by the reception lady.

Regarding your comments about the 10% food discount and your check-out experience, we would like to sincerely apologize if the interaction left you feeling disappointed. We also hope to provide some clarification. Upon your arrival, our Reception team explained the terms and conditions of the dining discount card during the check-in process, including how it could be used throughout your stay. At check-out, when you raised your concern, our receptionist was happy to explain the process again and carefully listened to your feedback.
We would also like to reassure you that the 10% discount had already been applied to each eligible food bill during your stay, in accordance with the promotion. As the discount had already been deducted at the time of each transaction, there was no additional discount to apply at check-out. We regret if this caused any misunderstanding and apologize if our explanation did not come across as clearly as intended.
Your feedback regarding the service you received has been shared with our Front Office team, as we always strive to communicate with warmth, patience, and professionalism. We sincerely regret that your final impression was not as positive as we would have wished.

OZO Good vibes

Great Hotel in excellent Location on Chaweng Beach. We stayed in a Beach front Room which is exactly that... Beachfront. Beautiful Pool with clean rooms and very friendly staff

Very good

It was nice staying, very nice stuff, very nice pool and beach. We accepted more from breakfast. And there was one time that no one come to clean our room all day. Beside that, every thing was good
