We arrived yesterday, we also got our room directly. Unfortunately, all doors and windows were open at our accommodation, so in the room around 50 mosquitoes and in the bathroom another 30 mosquitoes lived.
On the walls you can find animals beaten to death everywhere.
But now comes the hammer, the bed is as hard as you could sleep directly on the floor. I was lucky to have the idea to get the toppers from the pool in the middle of the night and then put them on the mattress that it got a bit softer. The pillows are completely mouldy and smell like urine I also attach pictures here.
The bathroom resembles a wet room in a prison. Also the holder for washing and shower lotion was defective. There is no safe in the room. Our bed had a hole in the headboard. The bedside lamps were broken.
The pool lacks tiles and there is so much chlorine in the pool that even your eyes burn as you walk by!
We actually booked two nights and decided to leave the hotel the very next morning. Agoda through the site we booked has refunded us the money for all nights without any problems!!!
Stay away from this hotel!!!

❌❌ at arrival the manager didn’t had our booking ready and didn’t want to give us our rooms/bungalows. We had to wait several hours before we eventually got the bungalows.. we had to change rooms after three days because the room was double booked. We went to the beach and returned at 7 pm after swimming and dinner. The hotel was closed, our luggage was moved to another bungalow and the door looked without giving us keys. Luckily the man in the tourist information next to the hotel helped us get in contact with the manager by phone. The hotel staff lucked us in and after an hour the manager came with the key, which also turns on the air conditioner.
When returning home to Norway, we discovered my sons AirPods was stolen, last seen at this hotel, latest update at the west coast of Samui.. stolen by hotel staff.
At least we have travel insurance ..

Small hotel, well located, with around twenty bungalows close, a very pretty beach, restaurants, shops nearby and Lamai is 30 minutes away on foot.. And a few minutes by car.. We appreciated the large parking lot , a swimming pool (clean but in need of tiling work), a laundry service, hearty breakfasts and a staff made up of 4 young girls and the owner, all very friendly, during our twenty nights spent at this hotel. hotel, even if it is aging, is very well maintained by the team, both the bungalows and the garden. Bottles of water every morning, a small fridge in the rooms. Small downside for the noise from the road during breakfast and the slightly hard mattresses, it's true, I confirm certain comments on this subject. However, I highly recommend it for its value for money...

Great bungalow and value. Set in a very nice garden, not far from a beautiful beach and a nice pool on premises. TVs not working in any of the rooms at the time of my stay.
