Great Value for an affordable price

This place is just great :) while it is very basic it is also very cosy and clean. The staff is very friendly. They serve good and cheap food. The same family (I think) also runs a well-stocked mini market and a tour operator (both just accross the Street). We bought the lake & jungle tour with them and it was just great

Great place for a great price

My husband and I stayed here for 2 nights before and after a tour to lake Cheow Lan.
We did pay the 200 baht extra and stay in a 500pn treehouse with fan. The treehouse was lovely and can’t imagine you need air con. We were by the river which was great to sit out and watch canoe go by and monkeys visit.
The place was clean good mosquito net. Hot shower although not powerful. Super helpful staff.
For a few nights in the jungle for the price can’t fault it.

Simple but charming

We stayed here for a night before taking an overnight trip to the floating bamboo huts.
This place is a bamboo house on stilts - it's very basic but charming. We stayed by the river and it was lovely listening to the noises of the jungle. You will need to expect bugs in the room given the location but the huts are clean and the bed sheets were fine.
The bathroom comes complete with western toilet and cold shower.
The room has a fan and the beds have mosquito nets.
There is also a restaurant and shop ran by the owners.
I wouldn't want to stay in such basic accommodation for my whole holiday but I really enjoyed it and would stay for a couple of nights or as a base to explore the near by national park.

Great place

During our 3 days stay in Khao Sok we've been here 4 times. We didn't find it on the map in TripAdvisor but there were always people sitting so we decided to check it out. We mostly got breakfast and one time we got lunch. Very friendly owner who speaks very good English, he also advised us some activities in the neighbourhood. Since there are not many bars in the street it's a good place to just sit back, relax and drink something. The food is good and affordable and the vibe very friendly and welcoming. We liked it here!

Two nights in the jungle

The huts are simple, but cosy and you might feel like in the jungle surrounded by monkeys. Please be warned that they have mice in the huts. They came out at night and scared us to death! Also the mice pooped in the room while we were gone, which was rather disgusting.
Otherwise, the owner is a really sweet lady, who booked a day trip and a minivan for a reasonable price for us. Also, her pineapple and banana pancakes are great! In a nutshell, a decent accommodation for a night or two...but not more!
