Great hotel, in a super neighborhood, very close everywhere! I recommend it!

Great hotel! The room is large, light, perfectly white and clean bedding and all textiles. The plumbing is all in excellent condition. Breakfast is delicious, every day changes noodles and 2 kinds of fruit. There are always 2 kinds of rice, 2 kinds of soup, 3 kinds of eggs, 3 kinds of fruit. The hotel itself belongs to the hotel chain, other buildings are also nearby and you can use their infrastructure. (But we didn't use ours enough). The only photo taken near pool five, the view is very beautiful. We had the 7th floor, there was noise, but not much. The best beach is how to walk along the Long Beach Hotel, there is clear water and close (we reached in 15 minutes). If you want to party, 21 terminals are 8 minutes away by sangteo(knock-knock). Hotel wishes, add hangers!

Nice hotel in a quiet location

Good afternoon, the hotel is in the North of Pattaya, a little away from civilization, but nearby there are two 7 eleven shops, several cafes and a couple of massage parlours. There is a swimming pool with sea views, but the wind blows constantly, the pool is dirty, breakfasts are good, you can always find a meal. Rooms are big, renovations seem fresh, but because of the dark paint furniture and doors, as it looks tired). The center is 30-40 minutes by tuk tuk, the terminal is 21 minutes 30 minutes by foot, you can take tuk tuk. I recommend a hotel for a relaxing stay, for those who like to walk

Quiet place a bit away from the center. Hard bed. Okay breakfast. Great gym. Good pool.

Very limited English speaking staff. No chest of drawers to store clothes. Had to leave the suitcase on the spare bed open and pick out clothes from there. No chairs on the balcony. The lamp bedside didn’t work, return it to the front desk and it never got returned after 5 days there. No yoghurt and the breakfast was more catered to Asian clients. Very low lighting in the washroom. Just a few hangers in the closet. The room was clean

The hotel is cold and the furniture in the lobby is in very poor condition. The bed is a mattress on a frame, is very low to the floor and is very uncomfortable. There is no box spring. The tv in the room was broken and when we called they suggested that someone would be up right away. Six days later and no one came. The bathroom faucet was so far from the sink that when one would brush their teeth, the counter would flood. The cleaning staff were very friendly and one person at the front desk was. All others appeared disgruntled and unhappy. There were at least 6 people working in the breakfast area who literally stared at us, waiting to finish. They would remove one thing at a time at our table when we were barely starting to eat. There were omelettes, eggs, bread, cornflakes and limited fruit options for western people. We stayed for 6 nights and nothing changed yet when an Indian tour bus showed up, they got special food. We did ask for pineapple and that was provided on our second day. So overall, this place gave off a very unwelcoming vibe and it was not what we expected. At this time on our trip we had already visited 6 other hotels and none were like this. I am fairly open minded but I would not recommend this place to western travellers.
