Pattaya March 2025
I went to March 2025. Really beautiful hotel frankly it's very quiet, large pool, the rooms are very very large So cleanliness 9/10, Know that they have another hotel renovated recently right in front then the it's really beautiful, great haul.Breakfast very varied (food thai and european) especially for families it's perfect they very very rooms with 4,5 bed.( note:I give my opinion on the 2 hotel face to face (paragon suites Resort and paragon large resort) we can use the 2 hotels as well for the pools, breakfast is managed together. Highlights:( 2 large pools, evenings very relaxing away from nuisances, large laundry right next door, nigth food market right next door.,cleanliness,kindness of employees,)I rate 9/10.top of top.

Good value Good location Good rooms
Good location, clean and large rooms with balcony. Large bathrooms with a large bath - but shower is also in the bath - not suitable for very large Expat using the shower - but OK for the bath. Bed and pillows comfortable and plenty of room for everything.

Budget not charming but practical
Not many reviews so far so I'll try to share the reality.
If you are a savvy traveler it's important to note the following aspects:
The hotel&building is NOT very charming. No lobby at all just a reception desk in a small open air terrace. The building is very blend residential building.
The room is large with a balcony & sofa
The room is clean. (Clean less 8/10)
The floor is light brown tiles.
Curtains are blend brown-not charming.
The queen bed is good. The sheets are clean white & good quality.
Internet is not good. On and off and low speed.
TV is small and very old. It has an HDMI outlet if you want to connect a fire stick. The remote is very old and not really helpful. You can control the 'source' from the tv.
For fire-stick might need your own hotspot from your phone since the internet is poor/avarage
The receptionist was cordial and fine.
Location is near a main road but nothing interesting nearby. I used it for a 1 night between stays.
I paid 24US$ . I believe there may be better offerings in Pattaya depends on dates.
AC is an individual in room AC ( not a central hotel one) and works well.
The in room furnishing is fine . The cabinets and tv shelf and bed are new. The chairs/sofa and bathroom is quite old. The walls are clean.
The bathroom is clean. Not new , not old . Very blend. No walk in shower.. no hand soap. ( just 1 small bottle of body wash and shampoo)
Balcony is quite large and is a plus.
The hotel charges a 2$ resort fee which is a strange way to spike the pricing ( non of hotels is stayed in Pattaya uses this method)
I did not use breakfast.
There is a mini-fridge in room.
Overall , very blend not charming hotel but quite practical for a budget.

Hidden Gem
We stayed in the Paragon Resort for the first time and we already booked our next holiday there.
The rooms are large, clean and the craftsmanship of the interior is first class. As I am in real estate/construction business (Siam Properties Pattaya) I have to admit that the tiling and woodwork are one of the best I have ever seen, not only in Thailand!
The pool is huge and salt water, we enjoyed swimming there twice a day.
The balcony is large, important for me as I like to stay in open air most of the time.
The beach and several nice restaurants are 5 min drive away, the Thepprasit Night Market is in walking distance.
One of my favorites restaurants MOMENTO is a 4 minutes walk away.
Best deal on the hotel market in the whole Jomtien area, we will come back many times

Interesting hotel . On the plus side the paragon grand hotel is brand new. Suites is across the road is abit older. The rooms are great , pool is good and breakfast is ok. The staff are wonderful and thank you Lek for transporting me into Pattaya when i was caught in a rain storm . The place was flooded but she took me in with her family and helped me . The negatives are location (its back from Pattaya and jomtien so you need a motorbike taxi or cab to get around) . The japanese Onsen nearby is fantastic though. Also it seems to be set up for Chinese tourists they arrive in buses late night leave in the morning so during the day the place is completely empty. It seems a bit weird as no ones there. So it’s out of the action a bit but some people might like that as it is quite central if you have a car
