Special Thanks to Ms. Kikky Restaurant Staff of Zing hotel, She ensured to take special care of our kids. So lovely to meet Ms.Daw Maintenance Staff Zing Hotel
We stayed here on 12th May 2026 to 15th May 2026 with my Family of 2 Kids, Wife & Mother.
The stay was lovely, loved the breakfast which was included. The place was clean & very close to all closest attractions. Enjoyed the stay. Both the beaches are close by.
Very modern and with all the facilities needed. It is ideally situated in centre
The Rooms were very good and Breakfast with nice variety. Extremely clean room. We loved the contemporary design. Everything looked really new when we were there.
Very helpful & kind staff. Good service. Nice and clean accommodations. Highly recommendable hotel.

Not Comfortable Even for a Budget Stay
I stayed at Hotel Xing in Pattaya for two nights. Unfortunately, my first impression was not very positive, as I found the front office staff to be less helpful than expected. The rooms were quite small, and the bathrooms were particularly compact. I would not recommend this hotel for guests who are above average in size, as the room layout may feel cramped.
I was already aware that this was a budget hotel, and it is marketed as such on most booking platforms. However, even for a budget hotel, I believe the room and bathroom sizes should be adequate for guests of all body types. In my opinion, the available space may be uncomfortable for taller or larger travellers.
The breakfast was satisfactory, although there was nothing particularly memorable about it. Another disappointment was the attitude of the staff, who did not seem as friendly or welcoming as I experienced elsewhere in Thailand.
The hotel is located next to a busy main road, and traffic noise made it difficult to sleep at night. In addition, there is no proper relaxation area for non-smokers. The only available seating and relaxation space was frequently occupied by smokers, which limited its usability for guests who prefer a smoke-free environment.
Overall, while this hotel may appeal to travellers seeking the lowest-cost accommodation, I did not find it comfortable or enjoyable. Based on my experience, I would not recommend it, even for budget-conscious travellers.

Positives and negatives. Overall satisfactory bearing in mind it’s a budget hotel.
Building work going on (only notified by way of a notice on reception desk on arrival), but would have been good to know in advance.
Very noisy each night, throughout the night with doors being slammed, guests playing music on their phones right outside my door, and a constant beeping noise from the corridor making sleep difficult and meaning I opted to check out a day early and move to a different hotel to get a better nights sleep before my flight home. In hindsight, I should have cut my stay short and moved to a different hotel to sleep better, as I was left exhausted each morning which meant I often ended sleeping in until lunchtime.
Most staff friendly and helpful - especially room attendants and reception staff, 1 breakfast colleague particularly rude, but others seemed nice (if a little intimidated by the rude member of staff)
Shower flooded each time it’s used, so needed to be quick to prevent it overflowing. Shampoo/conditioner and body wash provided - and much appreciated.
Air conditioning great, beds comfy (firm), on the route for the baht bus making the location excellent for quick access to both Pattaya and Jomtien (which are also walkable. Good WiFi signal throughout property. 7-11 convenience store right next door.
A good place to stay if you intend to be out all night, and sleep all day, but not great if you want to sleep between 11pm and 5am. Otherwise, take earplugs.

Clean, well maintained room with everything that you need. Very good value. Very decent breakfast for 199 baht, staff friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.
