Atmosphere of silence and relaxation

G-Residence is the first of three hotels on this trip (plus Grand Caribbean and Long Beach Garden), took it for seven nights on 4 on Ostrovka for 47 tr. The hotel is one of the buildings of the Diamand condominium apartments (under the letter G), located near Russian Street, behind the under construction Grand Solaire tower. In our case, Apartment No. 500 is two separate rooms, with a common hall- kitchen and two bathrooms, totaling about 80 m2 of floor area.
Pros:
1. Silence + good soundproofing
2.Availability of kitchen with dishes
3. Availability of two bathrooms with shower and toilet
4. Cleanliness and good cleaning
5. Green interior and 2 warm pools (believe me, this is very important, realized after Grand Caribbean)
6. Security at entrance and entrance to building by electronic key, parking
7. Location (close to Russian Street and close to the center), near two tops and sevens.
8. Each bedroom has air conditioning, balcony is large and not on the sunny side
There are downsides too:
1. It's a long way to the sea - we went to Hotel Asia, it's cleaner and beautiful
2.The dishes need to be updated (pot, pan), the leather sofa is pushed, and the apartment is not new
3. Location - taxi drivers are hard to find. Four of us were more comfortable and cheaper by taxi.
4. The price. Booked literally 10 days before arrival, plus the start of the season, but still expensive.
To sum up, if we're still in Pattaya, we'll definitely stop by. Of the three hotels, he's the best.

I had a lovely stay.Everything is in working order.Good sized pool & gym(although it lacks some more equipment or free weights)
The ladies at the reception are sooo kind & helpful.

Spacious luxury apartments at great price

Great apartments away from the hustle and bustle. 15m drive from Pattaya beach. Ideal for long stays and for families. Room has fully equipped kitchen, high speed wifi and great overall hospitality. Property also has 2 pools and gym, grocery shops and good restaurants nearby.

Quiet and clean

Located far from the beach but quiet and suitable for just staying in. Only accept cash for both room rent and deposit. But you can choose either giving 1,000baht deposit or let them have your ID card.
Room is well furnished and clean. There's family mart nearby and also a local Thai restaurant.
Wifi periodically gets slow and i had to re sign-in. Having said that, its speed is ok and one password can be used with 2 devices.
