The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper

Our room was at the end of the hall opposite the check-in desk. We discovered that our room shared a wall with a bar that had loud live music until after 2am each night. If you want quiet, this is NOT the place (or at least not the room) you want. Light bulbs need to be replaced and bathroom needs updating. No amenities to speak of.

Centrally located, gladly again

Great room, ideal location, very friendly staff
No lift, no pool, no breakfast offer.
Good value for money.

Great stay

I was a bit dubious after reading some of the reviews, but we loved this hotel. The staff were excellent, the bed was the most comfy we stayed in and the location is excellent. We hardly paid anything for the room.
I had a terrible experience on Phi Phi with my accommodation last time I stayed but I would highly recommend this hotel

The rooms are very basic and simple — I was hoping for a slightly better standard, although I appreciate that you get what you pay for. The staff were extremely polite and friendly, which was a positive.
Unfortunately, the mattresses were very uncomfortable and the bed was extremely hard. The room was also very noisy, and there were a lot of bugs, which made the space feel unclean and uncomfortable to stay in. I didn’t feel relaxed or settled during the stay and was relieved that we were only there for two nights.
I wouldn’t return and wouldn’t recommend it to others. Overall, I’d rate it 2/5.
