Puhdas ja kätevä

Hyvä, perusasunto, lähellä kaupungin keskustaa.
Sängyt olivat likaisia, vain yksi arkki patjalla, ei aluskappaletta.
Voit syödä vieressä Bhan Mi, joka on erinomainen ruoka.
Vietimme etupihassa, siellä oli melua baarin vastapäätä, joka soitti voimakasta musiikkia.
Henkilökunta oli erittäin hyödyllistä.

nice and relaxed stay

I spent here several nights. The rooms where spacious and clean, the owners and the staff always smily, kind and willing to help and listen to clients needs. They also speak a very good english and the location is very quite and convenient to reach most of Chiang Mai places even walking...
i will be back in this Guest House

Nice quiet location on Soi 2!

Great little guest house on Soi 2, where you will find lots of restaurants, massage places and guesthouses. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for double bed with fan for only 400 Bht per night! Nice restaurant downstairs that serves breakfast. Most friendly fluffy white dog who loves meeting all the guests. Wifi connection decent. Daily room cleaning available. Nice little garden with outdoor seating and pond next to our room. Room had a tiny balcony as well.
Our only problem with the room (#301), was that it had the noisiest, squeekiest/loudest old bed ever! Just sitting on it would make noise, or if you toss and turn in the night the noise would keep you awake all night! Also shower had poor water pressure.

Nice quite place

That's it. It's a nice quiet place with everything you need and it's very clean. Private bathroom with western toilets, big bed (in the private rooms, not sure if there's a dorm), and very close to all the conveniences of Chiang Mai. We stayed here on two different occasions and would definitely stay here again.

So convenient

I stayed on the weekend of August 8 2015. I had not booked in advance so I wandered around the Old city. I came across Pathara House; I enquired the price and was told 350 for fan and 450 baht for a/c.
After paying for 2 nights I was given the key to my room on the 3rd floor, double bed, clean sheets and small balcony.
On the 3rd floor there is a communal outside seating area, 3 chairs and table, although it was not used whilst I was there.
I had a full English breakfast next morning, more food than I expected with "proper" sausage, not the kind one usually finds in Thailand.
Nice reception area which doubles as restaurant. No tv in the room but clean.
I asked the manageress to arrange a taxi to the airport; cost 150 baht. Maybe I could have got cheaper by songthaew.
Overall, great for a short stay and near the night market and bars.
