Good location just across from the beach
I was really happy with how close the room was to the beach. It was literally across the road from my room.
The balcony looked directly out onto the beach. I found it very relaxing to sit outside and enjoy the view. The electric cables running past did not block my view or dampen the mood.
I found the room to be bright and spacious with two large beds. I had a good sleep each night and curtains were good at keeping the light out.
I was happy with the bathroom with a working shower that provided hot water and toilet with spray hose attached.
I found the room was clean and was cleaned daily by staff and toiletries and fresh towels provided.
I have forgotten how much I paid for one night but the price was reasonable and value for money.
The hotel offered a free breakfast downstairs and I had access to the swimming poo which I enjoyed using.
There is also a car park which was easily accessible and made coming and going from the hotel easy (especially with kids).
I was able to park directly by the entrance to my room most times although a few times when busy I had to park slightly further up.
The staff were helpful in showing me where I could park and helped guide the car in.
Cha-Am Beach is a relatively quiet area with no crowds. I mostly got about on foot. There are various restaurants within walking distance and the night market is on the beach opposite.
There was a tour group that attended when I stayed there and used the function room near to where it stayed. There was music on but it did not finish too late.
The staff were very friendly and on our last day they gave to my daughters some matching Cha-Am t-shirts.
I intend to return to Cha-Am and would stay here again.

Good location by the beach, lots of noise. pool. Good service. Mid-range breakfast included.
Stayed in building B, a lot of noise from the motorcycles of the staff due to squabbled tuktuks and ugjavn road, woke up 08-09 every day pg this. Also a lot of loud screaming from laundry staff in the morning, from about 0830 so not possible and sleep longer than this.
Also noise in the evening from the employees' motorcycles, due to exospoots without sound attenuation. By 24.
A lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom, and smells of sewage from technical drainage debris on the back of the building. Also noise all night from a pump behind the building, complained 3 times on this and it helped 1 day per complaint. Stayed there for 30 days.

This is a village resort where many Thai people come for overnight or the weekend
