An exceptional stay with Louis, Francophone manager
exceptional at Princess Hotel Pathuwan in Bangkok. The location is great, close to the BTS and shopping malls, making outings and shopping incredibly convenient.
Above all, we were pleasantly surprised by the offer of upgrade to a suite with all-inclusive lounge access: premium comfort, attentive service and a real feeling of “more” upon arrival.
A big thank you also to Louis, the Francophone manager: professional, available, and with little care. Thanks to him, the experience was perfectly fluid. I recommend without hesitation! ✨

Prime Location, Spacious Rooms, and Butler Service That Actually Cares!
**Location is unbeatable.** You literally walk out and you're connected to MBK Center. I mean, talk about convenient! Siam Paragon, Siam Center, and the BTS are all within a few minutes' walk. We could easily hop around the city and come back to drop our shopping bags without any hassle. Plus, there are tons of street food options and proper restaurants nearby if you want to venture out.
The **vibe of the place** just felt right from the moment we stepped in. It's got this elegant feel without being stuffy or pretentious. The lobby is gorgeous, and there's always this calm, welcoming atmosphere even when it's busy. Staff genuinely smile at you – not that forced hotel smile, but like they're actually happy to see you.
Now, the **room** – wow. The space was incredible. I could literally do cartwheels in there! High ceilings, huge windows with great city views, and the bathroom was like a small apartment by itself. Everything was spotless, modern but classic at the same time. The bed was so comfortable I overslept twice!
But here's the real game-changer: the **butler service**. I wasn't sure what to expect, but our butler was fantastic. Not intrusive at all, but always there when we needed anything. It's those little touches – like remembering how we liked our coffee in the morning – that made us feel really looked after.
Would I come back? In a heartbeat. Already planning our next trip!

Princess hotel
One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at!
The hotel is luxurious, beautifully designed, and maintained to the highest standards. The rooms are spacious, modern, spotless, and extremely comfortable.
The breakfast is absolutely amazing, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious food every morning.
What truly made our stay special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was kind, professional, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed.
A special thank you to Bik and Louis for their incredible hospitality, professionalism, and outstanding service. They went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, and we truly appreciate all of their help.
The location is also excellent, making it easy to get around Bangkok while enjoying a peaceful and comfortable stay.
We had an unforgettable experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxury hotel in Bangkok!
