Beautiful restaurant

Lovely food with a great atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. Loads of choice on the menu. Staff were so friendly and helpful especially Arun who was so nice and made our visit at the restaurant very enjoyable.

Never EVER

Again a place with a thai owner who think is higher then laws in Thailand. He still money of custumers and make some own rules like 2 months deposit when the law is only one. They lies on marketing with attractive price, first they give you very bad smelly room at 3rd floors for 6000 bahts per months​ then the room are so bad you ask for anothers rooms and then the price go up from 6000 to 8000. Then you should participate foor clean buldind they charge you 1000 more and then electric and water... Nearly 11000 bahts for everything...
So in the start 6000 then 11000 per months for bad and dirty place and no safe, doors of buildind always open and if you complain, the owner tell you to go see a lawyer. Worst he cut you electric and water then lock the you door. Many thing with the new law from 2018 they can not do... But they still do... Thank you Mister hope one day police and gouvernement will catch you and applie the news laws in Thailand.

BAD SERVICE & DOESN'T LOOK LIKE A HOTEL!

The hotel may be value for money & convenient shop nearby but service is bad, should improve! Reception & Staff should learn more English for I DO NOT understand or THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND basic English. Coz of this situation, the staff don't speak / respond much. So to me it's just a basic 'motel'. Not a proper hotel, should be a hostel / motel.
@ Lobby - staff / reception do not have a proper attire and there is one time, 1 of the thai man is not wearing any shoe - bring my luggage to me at the lobby and together with babies! Is this a nursery?
I think nearby hotel - My Stay or Movenpick will be better coz their service is hotel service! Should improve more in staff performance, customer service & learn at least basic English.

Just need improvement at reception, as most Thai hotels do!

It was a interesting place!! Near shops, restaurants and about 40 minutes to the city. A few problems with the reception not giving any attention to me as a customer!! They wore cold and did not want to talk much!! One off the night in there, there was a party that went on all night, and we complained so many times!! As we couldn't sleep, the men on reception that night did nothing to stop the situation, next day we complained to reception lady's!! To our amazement!! They said there was no disturbance been reported overnight!! But the place itself is clean and well maintained, I think around 5 years new place, with a very good wifi, that is very rare in Bangkok!! We could order food in the room and the place was spotless cleaned every time we went out, or when we asked them to do so.

Nice clean room

This hotel is value for money. The room is clean and have all the basic item. 7eleven is just walking distance from the hotel. U can easily get taxi outside the hotel. The WiFi in the room is quite fast too. Ask for the WiFi password from the reception.
