Great location and value for money

We came in the afternoon by motorcycle and found this hidden gem! Nice rooms with modern A/C and newly renovated bathroom.
The resort is situated on a dead end road so the traffic is close to nothing.
Nice little bar close to the small but well kept pool.
Staff was professional and nice.
Really nice low budget resort

Slow !

Beautiful location by the beach, but to get served and seated .......... joke !
Staff are lazy and dont care.
We waited 10-15 mins just to see a menu.
Once the food and drink eventually arrived it was wrong so another wait.
It wasn't worth it. 170 baht for squid salad and Chicken in Lemongrass was very average.

Stopped in for lunch

Service was slow...... ordered a chicken and cashew nuts which came in a curry sauce - not very nice. The pork and noodles, beer and other drinks were great. Lovely location on the beach. The restaurant is tired and could do with a revamp.

One night stop over on road trip south- eat elsewhere

Stopped over after driving down from Hua Hin on Road Trip day 1. Booked a family bungalow at 1500 THB/night. Wife, I and three young kids. Room was clean. Nothing fancy but sufficient for a stop over. Would not be our choice for a weeks stay somewhere. On check in they tried to sell us a boat trip, which we declined, no issues, though that was the last real engagement with staff. The food was HORRENDOUS! There was mention somewhere online that the resort had Italian ownership in one fashion or other, with the pizza that was served up for lunch, I do not believe it. It must be 20 years since I have seen such a disaster of a pizza. Absolutely vile. We also ordered some traditional Thai food, it was also terrible but not to the same extent as the pizza. Looked like everything had been microwaved (poorly somehow). We've lived in Thailand 9 years now, we know western food can be hit and miss in places but this was something else and to ruin the Thai food....that's just complete lack of interest. We ended up on the road for 20 days, stayed in 11 different accommodations including this resort and this one is bottom of the list for value for money overall. Short stay at best and eat elsewhere.

Excellent accommodation and food

This resort is a little isolated but transport is available either by motor cycle hire or from the owner. The accommodation is excellent,a small pool but the beach is only yards away. Lots of loungers available. The food is excellent, varied and served by excellent staff who despite limited English manage to respond to all requests
