Great hotel with nice view

Great hotel with very clean room and excellent breakfast
Modern and very quiet would love to come back especially the garden an oasis
Cosy mattresses very nice staff
Parking spaces are also available

Recommended only to a limited extent

The beds were good; the room was large enough. Unfortunately, a refrigerator was missing that was supposed to be standard. No shower available or only in a bathtub perhaps from the 80s. Breakfast not possible for me, as there was no more butter. Magarine was recommended. Otherwise for all guests still us ten wheels of cheap sausage. Coffee was fine. Apparently a glaring lack of staff as buffet and reception (only until 15.00) had to be carried out simultaneously by one lady. Were in the hotel a few years ago and and satisfied. In the meantime, change of ownership. In about the same price as in the past, however, the free admission to the spa was cancelled and had to be paid additionally with 32 € (2 pers.). We will not visit this hotel again, mainly because of the breakfast and shower.

Not a second time

Check in via the thermal baths ticket office 200 m away. The hotel seems deserted. You hardly ever see any staff. Breakfast is cheap at €5 but unfortunately there isn't much choice. It would be better not to offer breakfast at all. When I left I had to call the thermal baths again and wait a long time to get my bill (even though I paid in advance). There was a TV in the room but the TV function was switched off, you could only hear the radio. The carpet was ancient, dirty and disgusting. The room was extremely thin and completely worn out.

Hotel with potential

The hotel is close to the thermal baths, about 2 minutes away. We had a room with a terrace. The floor had a few stains and the grout in the shower in the bathroom needed replacing. The room was very spacious and had a safe. Unfortunately there were only two single beds in the room, a double bed would have been better. The cleaning service was very good. The breakfast was sufficient. Here and there renovations have already been made. The hotel is about 1.5 km from Bad Säckingen town center, so you can easily walk into the town center.

Convenient

Stopped here for one night. Price includes access to the amazing Thermal baths nextdoor. Large room (33) small fridge was helpful. Clean and bathroom has a bath. Buffet Breakfast includes scrambled and boiled eggs. Friendly helpful staff.
