A Lovely Anniversary Dinner at MediTerra

We went to MediTerra for our special occasion and had a really good evening. The location is nice, the staff were welcoming, and the service was relaxed and attentive throughout. The Head Chef even came over to greet us and surprised us with complimentary desserts for the occasion, which we really appreciated.
The food was great quality too — the lamb and the mixed grill are definitely worth ordering.
We’d happily go again.

Great!

We ate here on a trip to Papenburg twice in one weekend and were delighted! Congenial, super friendly and professional service, very fresh ingredients and really delicious food from starter to dessert! No 0-8-15 food on the menu at all. If you had any questions about the ingredients, you knew immediately and could advise. I would go back to dinner here anytime.

EVERY TIME LIKE !

Very nicely renovated. I don't even have such fancy radiators at home!
Great also that you stay in the room for free ( !!! ) can make coffee and tea!
Very friendly service staff. Overall highly recommended !

Absolutely recommended, both for the restaurant and for the rooms!

The owner-run hotel above the restaurant of the same name has a central location in Papenburg. We booked our room as part of a small Northern Germany city trip, because of the relatively cheap price and the good reviews of the restaurant.
Hotel:
Our car we were able to park in front of the house, we were received by the boss friendly. The rooms are newly renovated and equipped with everything necessary. Good mattresses, nice and well functioning bathroom.
Because of the extra charge and because we are not so big "breakfast" we did not book breakfast.
Restaurant:
Unfortunately we had not noticed that we checked in on the rest day of the restaurant )Monday). Because of the anticipation of Lebanese cuisine and because the hotel is so pleasant, we rescheduled and stayed a second night.
We didn't regret that. You sit comfortably in the restaurant, the service is very friendly and the food did not disappoint our expectation. We shared a large salad and the "Eastern Mediterranean Menu" for two and were more than satisfied. All dishes were freshly prepared, great seasoned and a treat.
Conclusion:
Both the hotel and the restaurant are highly recommended and have good value for money. We would love to come back and can recommend it in good conscience.

Very good hotel with hospitality and friendly service, good service. Very clean and spacious rooms. Nicely located, centrally located right on the main canal. All attractions are within walking distance. Ideal for a short visit or for a little longer.
