Fantastic Stay

We stayed for one night and had a fantastic day. The service from reception was excellent and very informative. Given us some local information that was required. The room was exceptionally comfortable and we were located on the top floor in one of the rear rooms so it was peaceful and we had an excellent night sleep breakfast was scrumpy with plenty of Choice and again excellent service.

I do not recommend. From the receptionist to waiters all staff were rude. The hotel is very old fashioned and not well equipped. The breakfast was unsatisfactory. Although there was 45 minutes to closing, nothing left. They don't refill. Even you can not find bread. It would be better if we did not include breakfast. The only good things were room size and cleaning. Except those everything was below expectation.

A well-located hotel with some issues.

The hotel is located right next to the main train station, and one can easily access the rest of the city by public transportation. The room is clean but pretty basic. The breakfast has a decent selection and the restaurant staff is very efficient. There are a number of issues that are worth mentioning during our stay. First, the internet connection is really slow and spotty at times. The AC will not allow the temperature to go down further after a certain temperature is reached. This means the room could be uncomfortably warm during the summer days. There is a lack of basic amenities such as hand soap when we first checked in. We found the drain of the wash basin was stuck one night and they had to move us to another room, which had a non-working hair dryer. The overall quality does not match the price one pays.

We understand that an unstable internet connection, limitations with the air conditioning, a lack of amenities such as hand soap, and technical issues—such as the broken sink drain, the room change, and a malfunctioning hairdryer—significantly impacted your comfort. These issues certainly do not meet our quality standards, and we take your criticism very seriously. Your feedback helps us to review our processes and implement improvements.

Loved my stay, the breakfast was basic so not much to mention here. A very central hotel, with a lot connections to get to where you need to be. Both trams, busses and the subway is almost right outside, and there is also a grocery store, so the area is very nice

Thank you for taking the time to so openly review your stay at our hotel and share your impressions.
We are very sorry to hear that you were not comfortable with the cleanliness and maintenance of your room and that your expectations were disappointed. The amount of dust you described is in no way in line with our standards of hygiene and comfort. The room was only unoccupied for two days prior to your stay; otherwise, it is regularly occupied and therefore cleaned regularly. One reason for dust, especially on the windowsills, might be an open window. Since your room faced the main road and the train station, it is quite possible that there was dust there. This should, of course, have been checked again after two days, and we apologize for this oversight. Our housekeeper thoroughly inspected the room after your complaint and found that there was no dust, even in less obvious places, which indicates that the room is cleaned carefully and regularly.
We regret that you have been provided a room to the main road and understand that you sufferd from the street noise. You may always inform us that you prefer a more quiet room at the back of the hotel, while booking the room and as well here in the hotel upon check-in
