Wonderful location, quiet location, very friendly staff, large bathroom and rooms with terrace views of Hameln,
Very clean, served breakfast with freshly prepared egg dishes, tasty food abds in the restaurant, which deserves a better visit.

total failure - incredible shortcomings - no reaction - Thanks for nothing!

Phew, what a mess.
We had booked a suite. Unfortunately, the visit was not such that you can recommend it.
When we arrived, the room was 16.5 degrees.
Around 9 p.m. it was bearable.
We encountered cobwebs and a silverfish in the sink...
There were two toilets. It's a shame there's no towels or soap in the one toilet.
The extra request placed when ordering was first ignored and then billed more expensively than agreed.
And breakfast on Sunday was a special highlight.
The restaurant is (if no fog) wonderful with a view over the city. I guess that's not true for hotel visitors. In any case, we should be "deported" to an adjoining room. And was told that was common...
And then if you don't get feedback on the complaint, you have to make an assessment.
Sorry, except for the view not recommended.

Relaxed stay in the countryside with a beautiful view!

Very quiet, relaxed atmosphere, great location in the middle of nature with a view over Hameln. Very modern, comfortable room with an exceptional bathroom. Excellent food with very friendly, attentive service. We enjoyed the beautiful view over Hameln and the Weser at dinner and breakfast.

Rating refers exclusively to the restaurant.... impossible!

Certain things are simply not acceptable. We actually wanted to have dinner there, but after our experience at the bar we decided against it. The service employee behind the bar was happily chewing a chocolate or cereal bar and ignored us for a while. Then finally... he asked us to slide around the corner at the bar, OK, he must have had his reasons, but we didn't know what they were. Finally the menu came and we could order. 2 gin and tonics with Tanqueray and Fever Tree tonic, a cocktail and an Aperol spritz. We could then see how the drinks were prepared at the bar, the cocktail and spritz still looked good, reaching for the Bombay Sapphire bottle was a bit confusing, oh well. So the drinks didn't come as ordered, the gin and tonic was missing the lemon wedge. Next we were asked to slide back again, this time by another employee, but again we didn't know the reason. Our comment about the gin and tonic was acknowledged with a shrug of the shoulders. At some point you ask yourself "are you serious?" We ate somewhere else.

Great treat

We treated ourselves to the suite with wonderful views over Hameln and had a great night of luxury, although the receptionist failed to give is the remote for the jacuzzi bath! Otherwise excellent customer service and the staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The evening meal and breakfast were very tasty, with the only disappointment being poor desserts. You need to stay more than one night to appreciate the fantastic location. This would have been an overall excellent if it had not been for the two 'blips' mentioned above.
