Excellent bathroom

Good hotel in an area away from the tourist part but has a dock nearby where the ferries arrive, when we arrived there was no one at reception and they just left the keys in an envelope. The rooms are spacious and modern (a bathroom with large shower is a rarity in Europe) breakfast was good. It has free parking and we weren't charged to stay with my dog.

Outrageous hotel

I booked the hotel through booking.com and immediately noticed after Booking Referral that I was wrong by one day in the date. I immediately cancelled the Booking Referral and called the hotel. The reception was not busy, so I wrote a mail. So the hotel had no effort whatsoever with my Booking Referral.
However, the total amount of the stay was retained, even after correspondence and after intervention via booking.com. I find this procedure simply outrageous and will never set foot in this hotel. Apparently the hotel needs every euro. And if I only prevent one or the other Booking Referral with this review, it served its purpose.

Small defects with a top price/performance ratio

Great price/performance ratio, uncomplicated check-in, well thought-out concept
Disadvantages:
- Hardly any storage space in the bathroom
- no second pillow possible
- Check-out as early as 9:30 a.m.!
- Parking space is calculated automatically
- Cleanliness not quite optimal

Maximum for one or two nights

If you are only looking for a bed in a modern, clean room for one or two nights and want a good breakfast, the Hotel 17 Seen can definitely be recommended.
If you want to stay longer and value Bavarian coziness and peace, then you would be well advised to look for somewhere else to stay. Because the building is too loud for that.
Street noise on the left, construction noise on the right and at night the rooms are so thin that you can hear even the quietest noise in the room next door. There is also no storage in the bathroom, apart from the sink itself. All in all, it is a bit annoying to stay longer.

Comfortable room with fantastic breakfast

Room is nice and spacious (Trendline)
Shower is unfortunately part of the bathtub, I much prefer a separate shower and can easily do without the bathtub.
We even had a big balcony with our room.
Breakfast is outstanding, rarely had so much variety, especially considering the low price.
Service great and very attentive.
Reception is only occupied until 2 pm so you pick up an envelope.
Only drawback is we had no hot water in both rooms in the morning. Unfortunately this was only commented with a shrug.
We would come again.
