Completely satisfied and thrilled with the quality and service.

The hotel is run with a lot of love and passion. The rooms are functionally furnished and very clean. All facilities in the hotel make a well-maintained and clean impression. The wellness area with swimming pool, sauna, steam baths, whirlpool, etc. is beautiful.
The staff is attentive and very friendly.
The breakfast buffet is attractively arranged and of high quality. You feel comfortable here. Absolutely recommended!

Very Good Service by Knowledgeable Staff.

We walk the Eifelsteig where the luggage is transported. As the only hotel on this route, the suitcases were already brought to the room which is a small effort but radiates a lot of Service. From arrival and throughout the stay, this Service remained at a high level with employees who know what they are doing and respond very attentively. This is particularly evident at dinner where the staff is very attentive and the layout based on the reservation is very well prepared. Compliment! Furthermore, the hotel has fine wellness facilities, the rooms a balcony and the restaurant of course a panoramic view over Daun.

Quiet, very clean, relaxing and fine.

Nice, quiet hotel with nice views and nice sauna with swimming pool. It is very clean everywhere, the room is basic but fine. The staff is very friendly and helpful. All in all a nice hotel.

A wonderful little (wellness) break, with wonderful views over the Volcanic Eifel!

A cozy, family-run hotel with very attentive and personal service. The restaurant has a tasty selection (also as part of the half board), the dishes are prepared with a lot of craftsmanship, are excellent in taste and visually very appealing.
Small spa area with three different saunas and tecaldarium (highly recommended before a wellness treatment). Very professional and at the same time warm support in the wellness area. An all-round great wellness package for a little break!

An unforgettable anniversary with a super warm welcome

Pension very well equipped with beautiful views. Very tasty restaurant.
Near beautiful walks and volcanic regions to discover. Comfortable rooms with beautiful terrace. Top staff. Great! The bosses are listening to you.
