A feel-good oasis in the Lüneburg Heath
For a long time we had the wish to take a break on the Stimbekhof. The thatched roof ensemble is so cosy - homely retreats. The entire property exudes a special atmosphere and soothing tranquility. Relaxation and deceleration begin immediately upon entering the facility. Everything is furnished with so much attention to detail. Whether “small supper” or breakfast, in high quality , appealingly served to the eye.
Very commendable how consistently the topics of sustainability and regionality, including the elimination of plastic packaging, are implemented. The proximity to the adjacent. Nature reserve invites to extensive hikes in the heath. The staff are all very friendly and devoted, we felt immediately welcome.
Stay true to your line. Dads makes you special and unique!!

Doesn't have to be again
Very nice and lovingly laid out
Facilities and friendly staff.
A problem with our booked room was fixed immediately and we got another one.
But: Showering was a huge problem, often only a thin trickle came, even no water or it did not get warm.
And the concept: Must you like, our world is not.

Liebe Iris, wir freuen uns, dass Ihr - obwohl es anscheinend Punkte zur Kritik gibt - auch schöne Eindrücke hier vor Ort erlebt habt und wir als Team dazu beitragen konnten. Das Problem mit dem Zimmer haben wir selbstverständlich gern und sofort behoben. Dass es darüber hinaus auch Schwierigkeiten mit der Dusche gab, bedauern wir wirklich sehr, das sollte natürlich nicht sein. Eine kurze Erklärung: Sowohl unser Hof als auch der gesamte Ort verfügen über eine eigene Brunnenversorgung, dadurch kommt es selten - aber manchmal - zu Engpässen. Bei einer kurzen Nachricht hätten wir auch hier gern Abhilfe geschaffen.
Als wir den Stimbekhof vor fünf Jahren übernommen haben, haben wir uns entschieden, ein Refugium für Ruhe & Muße zu schaffen, wo Natur, Achtsamkeit, Regionalität und Nachhaltigkeit Hand in Hand gehen und gelebt werden. Insofern weicht unser Konzept von einem klassischen Hotel ab, das stimmt. Herzlich, das Stimbekhof-Team

Ein fröhliches Hallo aus der Lüneburger Heide, wir freuen uns sehr über diese traumhafte Bewertung und Beschreibung, herzlichen Dank dafür und schön, dass Du hier warst. Schade, dass der Aufenthalt anscheinend geräuschetechnisch beeinträchtigt war - wir sind gerade dabei zu eruieren, was dies gewesen sein könnte, da wir keine Wärmepumpe auf dem Hof besitzen. Bei einer kleinen Info vor Ort hätten wir uns gern um eine Lösung bzw. Verbesserung gekümmert und Abhilfe geschaffen. Wir hoffen, Dich dennoch bald wieder einmal hier begrüßen zu dürfen. Pure relaxation with premium organic food
The Stimbekhof is a pearl of the hotel industry. Here a great ambience, good food and relaxed atmosphere come together. The hotel grounds are huge and there are loungers and benches everywhere, so you can spend a good time in the shade of the huge trees. Our room was great and on request there was also an electric kettle and a hot water bottle.
The food is organic and super delicious. At breakfast, cheese is individually cut fresh from the cheese loaf, the scrambled eggs are freshly prepared, and the ham and sausage are also cut open just before serving. Cereals and yogurt are also available, but I myself am a scrambled egg-ham friend;-)
The people from the Stimbekhof are all friendly and we felt well looked after. We will definitely come back!

We had a perfect time at Stimbekhof
We rented the Stimbekhof for 3 days to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. My wife, I and all of our 40 guests were absolutely delighted with the lovingly furnished rooms and the perfect service. Our support began 2 years ago when we started planning with Sabrina, continued throughout the entire planning period and culminated in a celebration that we were all thrilled with. Thank you to the whole team, especially Marie, who looked after us perfectly over the 3 days.
