Stellar Staff

Checked in on May 3rd, made an error with my booking but Tristan and Anna at the reception desk went above and beyond to help me! Extremely helpful and welcoming!

Very traumatic

Horrible staff with personal issues very bitter experience, especially with the polnish supervisor who was very rasist and discriminating towards 2 girls! All the staff have to check on drugs the staff that worked at 17.05.2026 at 15:00

Fantastisch hotel, goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding

We had such a wonderful stay at your hostel in Berlin Mitte. It was fantastic. We received a very warm welcome from Alexander—he had all the patience in the world. We later met him again in the bar; what a kind young man.
