Very nice B&B in cosy Beilstein

We stayed one night in Beilstein, a very romantic tiny city at the Mosel river. The couple who run this place are very friendly and customer friendly. The room was nice, romy and with a outside terrace! Only thing on the downside are the light curtains that make the room not dark enough. We also had dinner at this place, simple but delicious food and good wine from the related winery. The location is a little up on the hill so quiet at night. If we return to Beilstein we would like to stay here again!

Stunning location

This is the third time we have visited Beilstein with friends who have been coming here for years. We stayed in a large room with extremely comfortable beds with en suite facilities and a small lounge area. The guesthouse is family run and is a joy to see the whole family helping serve breakfast. Breakfast is plentiful with a choice of bread, meat, cheeses, fresh fruit, yoghurt and lovely coffee.
The guesthouse is run by Christian and Stefanie who are extremely helpful with local information.
The guesthouse is just of the main drag at the foot of some steps that lead up to a beautiful church and terrace overlooking the Mosel with stunning views. A gem of a place in a stunning location.
Beilstein is a beautiful town with a huge array of restaurants and wine cellars, the Otto Gorgon cellar being one of the best. If you happen to be travelling to this part of Germany I can't recommend this place enough.

Little Gem

A little quiet spot in the middle of Beilstein. Simple but good food. Iconic location next to the "Klostertreppe" . Beilstein is better known as a touristtrap. But if you're there: find the klostertreppe and enjoy a replenish. So you can take in the rest of the trip.
They have also rooms available but reservation is a must

Charming Guest House right on the Kloster Steps

We stayed here several years ago and thought the property charming. Breakfast was very nice and the rooms small and clean. Had a lovely stay. The owner is also a wine maker bought some lovely wine from him. Highly recommend.
