Should seriously reconsider how to manage this hotel … poor management!!!!
I would give this hotel 0 stars if that were possible.
The staff simply do not care. There is almost never anyone at reception, making it nearly impossible to get assistance when needed.
I requested an invoice and emailed them three times, but nobody even bothered to reply.
The breakfast was poor, with food and drinks constantly running out and not being replenished.
The hotel itself was not clean and did not meet basic standards.
The worst experience was when I forgot my room key and returned at around 8:00 p.m. The hotel was locked, and there was nobody at reception. There was only a small note instructing guests to call the receptionist, but my phone had run out of charge, so I had no way to contact anyone. Fortunately, another guest let me in. To make matters worse, all the room keys for new check-ins, complete with guests’ names, were simply laid out on the reception desk, which is a serious security and privacy concern.
I would not recommend staying here.

Okay for the price, but no more
A slightly worn but sensible hotel. The room was large and bright, but had seen better days. Very soft bed, but okay. The breakfast was not impressive, lacked a portion to be on average.

After a little email contact, it became clear that they are not interested in getting repeat customers. Poor service.

Bo här -och riskera få en faktura på 18 000
The hotel is worn down and clearly a place that saw its best days a long time ago. Maintenance is lacking, and the overall impression is more like a “budget conference center from 1993” than a hotel in Stockholm in 2025. Torn carpets and peeling paint throughout.
The breakfast buffet also deserves a mention. The selection was very limited and the quality reflected that. A 1-star breakfast – and that’s being generous. Communication with staff was also difficult. Low-budget products and very limited options.
But the most remarkable part happened during my stay.
The fire alarm in my room went off. The fire brigade arrived and checked the room but could not find any fire or any reason why the detector had been triggered. The hotel staff could not explain what had happened either. I received an apology at checkout – and that was it.
Two months later, the hotel sends me an invoice for 18,000 SEK.
In the invoice, they claim that I “may have taken a long shower or used hairspray.” I do not use hairspray. I had showered earlier that morning – which is obviously normal use of a hotel room.
The fire brigade could not determine any cause for the alarm. I personally contacted the incident commander who confirmed this. The hotel’s own staff also had no explanation. Yet somehow, I am held responsible for a call-out costing 18,000 SEK.
After a long and unnecessarily drawn-out process, I eventually received an email stating that the invoice would be credited – but only after I had to dispute it, follow up repeatedly, and push the matter myself.
The handling of the situation has been minimal, slow, and unprofessional throughout.
In summary:
• A hotel that passed its prime a long time ago
• A breakfast buffet far below acceptable standards
• And a situation where a guest is first sent an unfounded invoice of 18,000 SEK, and then has to fight to get it removed

Not affordable and not to recommend if you expect breakfast buffet.
The positive: it is close to the kista mall, close to the conference I was at, the guys at the reception that they were nice throughout the stay then also that I got back the money for the breakfast buffet which was supposed to be on Monday but which was not a breakfast buffet.
The negative: she who works in the restaurant she knows nothing of service and treatment. The first morning on Monday it was supposed to be a breakfast buffet but I didn't get it. I got a hard dry roll in a bag. Then I got some juice in a little take away mug. So it was, so to speak, the “breakfast buffet”. Then the second morning on Tuesday she was cranky because I took 3 croissants. She went to watch how much you eat. So it's no good having someone watching me all the time when I'm eating and watching. It was also not affordable for 3 nights.
