Best experience possible for this price!!!

I come hire with my family ‍‍‍ every year.
Every time is getting better and better☺️.
The owners are nice to everyone, they continue the family business.
Don't listen to an ungrateful and closed-minded French, come and see for yourself the beauty✨of this place.

Less than average

There was no air conditioner (although it was mentioned on their website that they had AC), had to keep the windows open at all times but the noise of the cars at night could keep you awake
No breakfast included
The spa looked nice and clean, except that the swimming pool was kind of dirty
The rooms were beautiful, it had a good vibe, close to the main swimming pool of baile felix (Apollo felix)
The fridge was a mini fridge and made lots of noise
There were also ants in the room
The people seemed nice on the phone, didn’t meet anybody in person
Overall with the same money we had better experience in other places
I initially wanted to give the place 2 stars but my wife said to give 3 stars

Outdoor pool, nice short stay

Nice hotel. It has a small but pretty good spa with jacuzzi and a nice outdoor pool. The hotel is clean and cozy. Furnitures are a bit "antique". The breakfast was rich and delicious. The staff was friendly and helpful. They did not bother us but they helped when we needed. Overall it was a great experience for a short stay.

Power lines very close to front entrance. Health risk. Not interested. No refund,

No refund for deciding the hotel was too close to power lines, which pose health risks. They obviously don’t show any power lines in their pictures nor disclose them either- We had booked for one night 2 Sunday’s ago and as we drove up saw the power lines literally 20 meters from front door and asked for a refund. No refund! The nice lady at front desk was leaving once she knew we weren’t staying; as we would have been the only guests that night. Good luck to the owner who decided to just keep our money.

Great accommodation close to Baile Felix, pet friendly, delicios breakfast

The property is situated on the main road to Baile Felix at less than 3 km of it. Pet friendly, if offers free parking, free spa, free wifi and a very tasty and generous breakfast. Staff is kind and helpful, rooms are large and bright. Clean.
